What's that on Gallegos' hat? -
This is going to extras isn't it...
-
I'd prefer these foul balls to hit Yadi.

Chuckie hacks on 3-0. Wasn't it 2-0? You are correct. https://www.jsonline.com/story/sports/2017/05/16/chuckie-hacked-f/324532001/

Makes sense to stretch our starters out a little more now as we are a month into the season. With that said, time to pull Freddy.

I have a very German last name. At least a few times a year I have someone try to talk to me in German and even more times people tell me what my last name means in German. I normally just stare with a blank look. For the record, I am a few generations away from "the old country". The funny part is that I am even more Polish than German.

We'd have 4 homers today with the juiced ball.

Suter was so excited. Don't hurt your back man.

That, and Trevor Story. We have Pablo Reyes, we don't need no Trevor Story.

Would like to see what this offense could do with a healthy Yelich and Narvaez.

Lots bought them when he debuted...they didn’t stay out of the closet long. If I am going to drop that kind of money, I would pick a better player. Yes I realize he had a lot of hype but still.

Zero chance he gets cut this season but a small chance next season.

First time I have ever seen an Arcia jersey.
-
Made Yadi look bad there

Not sure where to go with this and didn't want to make a new thread. I haven't watched close to every inning but have Cain, JBJ and Taylor been our entire outfield at any point this season? When is the last time a team had an entire outfield of African American players? I feel like that would be many years ago and probably never for the Crew.

Hopefully Zach Green tears the cover off the ball in Nashville starting this week. Really could use a righty power bat in this lineup. Chad Spanberger is down there as well, but he's a lefty batter, which is a little redundant with Vogelbach and McKinney around. I could get behind with McKinney and Green on a platoon with a DFA of Vogelbach. At the worst, we should have better defense.

We are a decent first baseman and health away from being just fine.

That reminds me when I was in college and took a PE class. We had the baseball coach as our teacher and were in the baseball portion of the course. He asked what is the role of a hitter. I mentioned to get on safely and he said I was wrong. He said it is to advance a runner at whatever cost. The baseball team sucked and I could figure out why.

CY smoked that one

Playoff Rotation: 1. Big Woo 2. Burnes 3. Anderson/Peralta piggyback Move Houser to the BP.

This kind of quality material keeps me coming back.
-
Keep going.

He'd be more fine as a reliever if we had better starting options. I feel like you said this last time AH started. Currently his ERA is around 3.50.... we could do a lot worse, no?
