ICYMI, our returning hero Uribe wore Saturday's Timber Rattlers uni like a boss: https://www.threads.com/@witimberrattlers/post/Dcm0h0mHGpc

From the beginning of the season, I agree, but not from a week ago. Last Sunday, before the little league game, we were up 6 on the Braves with a chance to go up 7 and clinch the tie breaker. Now we're up 3 and losing the tie breaker.

Dodgers blowing it open vs Tigers. Short of a miracle our leads on Dodgers and Braves will both be 3 games on our way to Chicago. Dicey.
-
Contreras looks like he should have a joint in his hand.
-
El Gary disagrees.
-
Turang's the right guy to step in when the defense gets a little leaky.
-
All 3 OF's share some blame for that run.
-
It'll be nice to get Uribe back for the 8ths.
-
Contreras helped cause that.

Maybe check MLB.com. My Fox network game got pre-empted by a Bears game so I thought I was hosed, but for some reason mlb.com works.

Henderson throws a 1 hitter and the hit's the first thing Levering mentions; tough crowd.
-
Yeah, maybe a Chad Patrick night?
-
It's crazy the Rangers are 3 games under .500 but only 1.5 back in the pillow fight that is the AL West.
-
Speaking of, today PCA went 4-6 with 3 HR's, 6 RBI's and 4 runs scored. I know we hate him, but wow, is he good.
-
Tigers walk it off against the Dodgers. Current leads: 3.5 vs Dodgers, 4 vs Braves. I don't even list the Cubs anymore (jk, it's 8).
-
It's a perfectly cromulent word.

I'm definitely glad Ashby and Megill are both avail tonight.

I love watching Turang play defense.

If interested, ESPN released updated farm system ratings today: https://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/49734496/2026-mlb-prospect-rankings-update-farm-systems-30-teams-brewers-dodgers-orioles-rays 1. Milwaukee Brewers: $602.1 million Quality depth rank: 3 Previous rank: 1 The Brewers are operating at a high level right now: they have the top prospect in the sport (Jesus Made), opened the spring with the top farm system in the sport, have the best record in the sport and despite graduating two top-50 players in the past month (Cooper Pratt and Luis Lara) and trading another top-100 prospect (Alexander Frias) at the deadline, still have the top farm system in the sport -- and by a pretty solid margin. In addition, the big league roster largely comprises homegrown players and players who got much better after Milwaukee traded for them; the scouting and development departments are working together and producing results as good or better than every other organization in baseball.

Unfortunately, some kid with a .066 average just won the game for the Braves.
