    I saw the article about the Reds. I would like to see Murph really embrace this style of play this year when interacting with the media. I don't recall the specific quote from last year, but recall cringing at the time when he was asked about being an "underdog". I think he needs to sell his team on it, if they are to have a shot at winning the WS.

    Gasser has been trending better than May as of late....but that scenario would jumbo that all up. Good luck to Murph to figure this all out.

    I think that was Murphs plan with the starting pitching as much as a mismatch as it was. Murph knows he has his work cut out for games 3 & 4 and is trying to figure out who to use where/when. Too bad we didn’t make a good move at the trade deadline for a starting pitcher that may have given us a legit shot at a WS. We are back to get in the playoffs and cross you fingers

    Murph had a short leash on him, so guessing that was his last shot.

    I was all for giving Harrison a chance to work out of it because of the upside if he did. But time has ran out on that.

    Gasser vs whoever the Dodgers use for #3 will just be sad.

    True, the CC deal didn’t yield a championship, but condos to the Brewers for trying.

    Agree it would be pointless to include Henderson, but I can’t believe we couldn’t match LA offer without Henderson

    I'm disappointed too. Not because they lost, but because they effectively lost Harrison. Nobody else on our roster besides Miz and Henderson have the upside that Harrison has to matchup with the Dodgers starting pitching. And i don't think Miz and Henderson will be enough. I hope I'm wrong, but without Harrison this post season feels like it will be "same old same old"

    This is a huge game in my opinion. If Harrison can get back to where he was first half of the season, I think they have a good shot at winning the world series. If not, I don't see it happening. I think our SP is too weak with either Gasser or May as our #3.

    Hope May turns things around. But as of now I think he is at the bottom of the list of possible playoff starting pitchers for the crew.
