    In Superior, on Dish Network, the Twins are blacked out, and I only get the Brewers. Yet, the Bucks are blacked out and I only get the Twolves. I guess the Twolves have claimed NW Wisconsin as their own.

    On the bright side, at least the pitchers were able to shut down a team that has been ripping the Brewers apart the last few years.

    Same old, same old with this offense. When are the Brewers finally going to fire Wynager....oh wait, nevermind.

    I think Florida could call up there entire AA team and beat us. The Brewers should call up the Marlins head scout and offer to double his pay.

    I don't think so. I've felt for the last month or so that at some time the Brewers need to make a statement. Sweeping the Cardinals would be the first part of that statement. The second part would be winning 8 or 9 games in a row. That being said, they can't do it. Their offense is too offensive. They'll need to score more that 4 runs in a couple of games to have a long winning streak. moof

    Sure the bullpen is awful. Turnbow is atrocious. How about that offense though. Where have we heard this story before: Score runs early, sleep for the last 4 or 5 innings. Remember a few weeks back when the Brewers swept the Reds and we laughed at their crappy bullpen? Who's getting the last laugh? moof

    I think this team is officially dead in the water. When you have the worst bullpen in baseball, there is no way you can compete. Having Sheets and Ohka come back means absolutely nothing. If they throw 7 great innings and then the bullpen blows the game, what difference does it make? Turnbow is going to set a major league record for being the fastest guy sent down to AAA after pitching in an All-Star game. I hate baseball. Glad I'm taking the family down to Milwaukee next week. I already promised the kids we're going to a game. We'll probably be the only ones at the game.

    Bernie, I liked the 1/2 inning recap. I'm on the road alot, and when I get back to my hotel room, I like to follow what happened in the game by reading the IGT. Sometimes it's hard to tell what happened when all you get is "WOOOOHOOOOO" and "I've got a man-crush on . Anyway, I think we should make the 1/2 inning recap a new Man Law. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif moof
