    The Brewers have 38 home games left. If they go 37-1 in those games, they may win the division.

    Cubs had bases loaded and no outs in the 8th but only managed 2 runs on sac flys. 7-4. Come on Pittsburgh, make some other fans suffer like you make the Brewer's fans suffer.

    Who are you, Rickie's agent? The guy is batting .230. And falling. He seldom makes solid contact. He hasn't hit a HR since April. He's awful with RISP. I'm tired of hearing people say, "Just wait until he's healthy." If he's not healthy now, then he shouldn't be in the lineup. He's not helping the team.

    They didn't actually look very good in 2/3 of the Cubs series, either. Yo is the second best starter on this team. It's too bad that he is being wasted in the bullpen.

    The Brewers must be disappointed in Mench's home run totals. The guy was on pace to hit 75 in three years with Texas. He has hit 3 in his 1/2 year with the Brewers. 3 hr's and 5 BB. Hilarious. That being said, there is no way they put Graffy in LF. moof

    Anderson must have watched a lot of Braves games while growing up. Skip Carey would use that phrase about a hundred times a game, even for pop-ups to shortstop. Add Shroeder's "I bet he'd like to have that pitch back..." and you have half the broadcast. Anderson doesn't bother me much, but I don't really pay attention to the announcers. He does seem to state the obvious a lot. For example, out of the blue, he'll say that the Brewers are in first place in the NL Central. Or, "Rickie Weeks has off-season wrist surgery." I guess he's just trying to fill dead air. moof

    His future looks a little brighter. He pitched 9 decent innings tonight.

    Good point crewcrazy. Let's hope this game wakes up the Brewers offense. If they could get 20 hits a game for the rest of the season, I think we would win the division.

    Why are many so concerned about bringing Turnbow in with runners on base? He's constantly pitching with men on base. He should be used to it. Also, he's a relief pitcher, for crying out loud. Relief pitchers often come in with runners on base.

    I think Ned needs to use Coco like Harvey Keunn used Rollie Fingers. Bring him in the 7th and let him finish the game.
