  1. I was looking for dropped one all night, no luck. But 1 dollar for a beer and a polish next year will rock. I just wonder how many aren't going to be redeemed.
  2. I like the graphics Woogie. Seems allot more clean. Just wish you'd add WHIP (Screw ERA!) Can you post templates so gimp users like me can steal your art. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif Thompson has Harts number. With 9 PAs he has 1 walk that's it. I'm afraid Yost will Yost us by not starting Hart Attack...
  3. Brewers defense. They have boned Cappy (He's no ace but he's no scape goat imo). Hall has slumped this year, I just hope it's this year though. Perhaps next year Bill Hall wins games chant might mean something again. I'm reserving judgment on DM. In DM we trust, here's to hoping he's got some master plan.
  4. http://mlb.imageg.net/graphics/product_images/pMLB2-4102564dt.jpg Hope this doesn't back fire on me!
  5. Kohler for sure. You can do the Carriage House which would get her discounts on spa services and what not.
  6. I believe that most of the losers for World Champions and Division Champion stuff get sent to 3rd world countries and donated. So somewhere in Africa, there's a 2006 Tigers World champ shirts!
  7. Go Crew! For good luck, here's a picture of the nun with a beer from last night. http://lh3.google.com/aaron.gross/RvkWIvtfIsI/AAAAAAAAAKU/Sx-vEpu3I78/Nun.jpg
  8. Last night I thought Ned managed the game well. PR for Estrada (Wow.. could have used a PR for Bush), seemed to pulled his starter around the right time, played the announce game to force a match up. Put Weeks in when we needed him the most (Why he didn't start is beyond me) but if Yost can manage like taht every time. I'd be ok with Yost returning. Just he seems to repeat the same mistakes, get too "into the flow" of the game.
  9. Wise is a head case. He's a really cool guy though in real life. It would be great if he can get out of his funk. Back to the point. I have to agree that if Bush was questionably gassed, then if he got on base with 1 OUT, why on earth not PR for him? He's more then likely going to have to run 90 feet unless we get 2 Ks. He ran 90 extra feet, how can 90 extra feet go from effective to ineffective? Yost DID do a smart thing by pulling Bush before he served meatballs dijour, but did a BAD BAD thing by not PR him. He's to a bench full of 2 speedsters who will probably never see the light of day in the field till we are eliminated, use them for their roll. PR and DR when needed. I think Shocker, TGJ could have scored, if Bush can get to 3rd standing.
  10. I present to you.. the single reason why Ned Yost should be fired. NSBB Appreciation Thread
  11. Cubs were gifted that win last night! Dunn had the ball!
  12. Dear Dave "The Beard" Bush, I haven't shaved for 3 1/2 days now, knowing that you would be on the mound I decided to grow out my facial hair a bit to help your mojo. Go get em Bushy! Hugs and Kiss... Aaron
  13. Theres non creepy things on the interweb tubes? I thought that's what's clogging up the tubes.
  14. Ok so I called the ticket office to get clarifications on how this all works! As far as upgrading and how much the total cost is going to be. Deposits are going to be roughly 50% of the entire cost of the tickets for next year. So double + change it for the total cost. You can upgrade pack size and location, but you can not downgrade either. So you can go from 9 to 20, but not 20 to 9. You can go from Terrace to Field, but not Field to Terrace. You will have to buy your play off ticket right away, I believe the same thing applies to those ticket as season ticket holders. If heaven forbid they don't go to the playoffs, money will be applied to next years tickets. And if you and buddies want to sit together, they have to go under the same CC. Not sure if you put deposits down, and then apply the deposits to one account come the time invoices are sent for '08 ball. And the ticket office is really polite and nice, they totally were ok with my stupid questions.
  15. Agreed. And if you pitch him, make sure you have a back up plan incase he shows signs of struggling.
  16. That's a sweet bags set paint job. I may or may not steal it. http://lh4.google.com/aaron.gross/RlcDlrnaK4I/AAAAAAAAABA/IEkU2T5_fyk/BeerAndCandy.jpg?imgmax=800 Left most in the White. I didn't buy the coors, i was told to "just show up" for the tail gate. Drinking Coors out of a twizzler seemed like a smart idea at the time.
  17. Tornadoes. I freak out in a Tornado warning even if it's in the next county over. And Spiders... mainly the hairy ones. Yuck.
  18. Nullbyte.. he's so dreamy. Billy Hall, he's so iced up when not playing I see no reason why he wouldnt' be anyones hetro man crush.
  19. Any real sense of morality and ethics went out the window in the 90s when MLB let every hack use and turned a blind eye to it to allow for MLB to get popular again. I think people who use to make them better are cheap trick hacks. The fact is that he took a dip in the moral gray area by skirting the roids rules by using HGH. That's disgusting, but he didn't do anything that MLB said was wrong. We as fans can no longer buy and Ankiel jersey, but we all know if he's still performing he'll still have a job and a fat contract by some club. Look at Giambi an admitted user.
  20. Meh it wasn't against the rules, so his carrier is fine. Maybe people will think less of him, but technically he didn't do anything "wrong". Also noted in the article is about Woodward who received Roids, they didn't say if it was during his time in Milwaukee though.
  21. Did you sign something about lost ID fines or recooping costs? Try calling the Postmaster Generals office?
  22. Dear My Beloved Brewers, I shall be flying over the great states of Kansas, Missouri, Iowa and Minnesota traveling back to the beloved home of the Brewers Milwaukee. Do not fret, and please do what you've been doing for the past 4 days I've been in Kansas and score a billion runs. Kisses, Aaron
  23. Having a system there to give the ump some kind of metric to base consistancy I'm totally ok with. As long as it's not used for game calling, but if the metrics can assist the ump into calling a more stable strike zone I'm all for it. Perhaps some kind of pay grade system can be implemented to give the Umps a bigger incentive to call a consistent game. I'm not saying penalty but perhaps a bonus if an ump calls a game with 98% strike zone accuracy. (Aka what he called a ball once stays a ball, what he calls a strike once stays a strike). As far as replay, I'm not to sure about it. Some plays go our way, some don't. Remember the prince semi truck encounter at home plate? He was called safe, but was clearly out the ball came out of the mit after he was tagged. Does anyone have insight into how the Umps are audited? Are they reviewed after every game like NFL reffs are? Showing where they screwed up and given a grade?
