    An article on the biggest steal in the draft Wes Munson! www.fdlreporter.com/apps/...60723/1310 Now for the insider info the Brewers want him to put on about 20 lbs and move him over to 3rd base right now. The Brewers also said they will take care of his financial needs if he signs and that it doesnt matter were he was picked. So I think Junior College is going to be his route but who knows!

    I was talkin to Wes today the Brewers called im last night and asked him if he would be interested in being a draft and follow canidate. Hes is kind of thinkin about it but dont think he will because he right now has a great shot at startin for Mizzou next year. I could tell he was a little disappointed he thought the Phillies wee goin to take him 10-18 because they told him thats where they projected him and would take him. So maybe in 3 more years Wes will be in the higher rounds like Tony Butler. Chad still not gone?? I know his signabiltiy was very low but i thought someone would have snagged him by now. Chad catchin for Seidel next year at Arkansas is goin to look good I have to say.

    Hey Colby not sure if u ever got around to goin to watch the fondy O West game at all (I only got to see the last one in the playoffs where fondy won 3-0 i believe) but do you still Wes or Chad makin top 15 rounds or no. They didnt have there typical year amazin hitting season but with the way Wes played over the summer travel all over the mid west and Pierces great showin at the allstate all-star game last Augest (like 3-4 with i think 2 doubles and throw a bunch of runners out) I wish them the best in the draft and if not picked overly high i wish them the best at Arkansas and Mizzou. I can honestly say Piece is the only pitcher that i have never gotten a hit off of and im talkin starting in like 4th grade until 10th and i think he took me yard once! LOL I sucked!

    Well I have to say is Danny Almonte! Now that he plays with people the same age as him he still dominates. Hes like 10-0 with a .41 ERA. There was a article bout him in USA Today like a week ago. Hes 19 and married to a 30 year old. Thats crazy hes still in High School! If any of u dont remember who he is which i think all of u do, he is the 14 year old who pitched in the little league world series (only can be 12yo) and pitched a perfect game to take 3rd place which was later striped from them after they found out about him. im not sure where is is bein projected in this years draft but i think he be a good snag cause the kid can pitch lights out.

    Well i have to say: SS Wes Munson Fond du Lac HS C Chad Pierce Fond du Lac HS Yeah Fondy is strugglin a little but thats cause they dont have many pitchers and Wes got off to a cold start but he is gettin goin! Lol i thought i'd throw in my 2 favorites, im ahometown person!

    Latest on Munson is that a Brewer scout was at his house about a week ago and talk to him and his parents for a few hours. Hope to see the Brewers take him in the top 15 rounds because thats the only way hes not goin to Mizzou. With another great season like last year i dont doubt it. It also helped that he gave up football to play baseball all over the country this last summer. I like the new article which i know that there is a bulletin for it but another thing about beside the great fielding strong arm and the extremely quick bat is that he has amazing gap power. He is a machine for extrabase hits. As for Pierce havent heard anythin about the draft for him and i think he will for sure be at Arkansasnext year and be the starting catcher there. One thing is for sure you cant steal on him. Well thats all I have for ya right now on the Fondy stars as the season gets closer i should have more.

    Yeah Sammy is amazin he is has lots of power great speed plays good defense but isnt the gold glover that Wes is. Sam is just very good when he was in 4th grade he was playin on Wes's 6th grade travelin team and did good. All questions will soon be answer as fondy makes a run at state. The munson Munson left side of the infield should be fun to watch

    Colby, Wes will be playing for Mizzou next year unless we would be drafted in the top 10 rounds his dad told me. It came down to Minn or Mizzou and he really want to play down south in a tough baseball conference against teams like Texas and stuff so it is a better chance to prove himself and see where he ranks amonst those players. Nebraska was callin him about 1 every 2 to 3 weeks but that was the place he really want to go plus at Mizzou he may start right away along with Pierce at Arkansas. WOW, I would love to be at the game where Piece is catching when Munson is up 2 bat! To kids who have been together since the age of like 7 or 8 if not earlier. Fondy should be very tough hitting the ball this year but pitching is a bit of a question cuz Pierce is only goin to pitch once a week this year after throwin almost 3 games 7 innings a pop. He was so over pitched that his velocity went front from high 80's (87-90) 2 mid to low 80's (81-84) oh and here is a link to see all the stats from last season in the FVA if anyone wants to see. www.fvaathletics.org/baseball/

    Well Tony is in great company with having an outstanding catcher goin with him to Arkansas in Chad Pierce. I take honor in saying i gave up a home run to him. But I think the best player that signed with with a big school would be Wes Munson. I know there is some favoritizom cuz I have grown up with these guys but thats maybe better cuz I know how good they really are. Munson is very solid on defense, great speed and can just find gaps all over the field. He was batting .600 goin into the last 3 games but hit a little bit of a slump and finished with a .500 batting average. The reds were talkin to him a quit a bit during the season so we'll see what happens there. His little brother Sam a 3rd Baseman is also a player to watch down the road last year as a fresman he hit .350 and has great power. Well I wish the best of luck to all those players who signed and hope they all have a great season. I any of u want to see some great baseball this year go watch a Fondy game. There is alot of talent there.

    Well Kloosterman is about to do something you dont see alot, a 20 loss season. Only one away.i am dumbfounded y they have kept him a starter the whole season!its not like he has a good era eighther.

    If your a pitcher do u except your managers decision to take you out after 7 innings of no-hit baseball? I dont see myself liking that idea to much. No hitters arent a very common thing It could be a once in a life time thing unless your Nolan Ryan. Inman only had one walk so I would think he was throwing strikes(10k's) the only way I feel you take him out is if his pitchcount was really high. Great outing Inman!

    No Fermaint, no Katin, no Salome I hope this is it. They really deserve to be in WV and also this year Heeter in Huntsville and Braun in BC is what i would like to happen. Sorry didnt noticed that they were already moved up my bad.

    I wonder if coach has heard about the match up today in Helena Salome vs. HS team mate Rafael Gonzalez(came in in the 4 or 5th inning) Angel had a homer off of him so that most of been a great feeling for him. I guess he won some bragging rights over Gonzo tonight!!!

    Can someone tell me y Fermaint is still in Helena. Ohh he just had his 9th homer. Its like they think he is to young or something but he's been playing rookie play since 2003. He deserves it!

    Also 2 stolen bases on Angel tonite. Well things were looking great for Carlos Ramirez until something happened to him, which i still never found out what! Does anyone know what is going on with him?

    Capellan gives up 2 hits and 2 bb in a 1/3 of an inning for the blown save. The first mistake for him is a big one out of the pen. High scoring game in Huntsville Angel and Fermaint go yard, now have 4 a piece!

    Braun will really help this team with there hitting cuz they really only have Escobar Iribarren Rasheed hitting consistant than Richardson is up a down and Murray is now over .200 Maybe Yost will throw him a party like is planning to do with J.J. So i think Braun is a upgrade from Murray. Im excited to hear that Inman is coming to Helena. I really didnt follow him in Arizona cuz are Arizona team is pretty ugly this year. Last year they were loaded with good players and this year its not so great. Im right now im only really watching Mercedes(not lookin so hot) De la rosa (playing very well)and Cain
