    This is going to sound like a whiny complaint but it's not...just an observation. Don't the brewers seem to lead the league in hits that only advance runners by one base? Do they keep statistics like that? If you get a walk followed by 2 hits, I'm thinking you usually get one run, if not two. We got zero. Oh well. Come on, bottom of the order!

    They played okay until the 8th...poor Dave Bush. If I were him I would kick the living kolb out of that whole moellery bullpen. (wow, this is never going to get old! ...oh wait, it just did right there. never mind.)

    I was not sold on Rivera until today, but I am converted. Bring him on up, he by definition cannot be worse. When your catcher makes you long for the heady days of Henry Blanco you know you have a big problem.

    So who is the bigger donkey today, Kolb or Moeller? I love unanswerable questions like that, like Homer Simpson's timeless query, "could jesus microwave a burrito so hot that he himself could not eat it?"

    moeller called out on strikes in the 9th....didn't even lift the bat off his shoulder. And the sad part is THAT IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST RESULT WE COULD EXPECT.

    I know this topic is played out...horse, dead, beaten....but still. Even us yuks posting to the forum in the middle of the day could see that the only thing chad was qualified to do was go up there and look at pitches until he either walked or struck out looking. Why on earth can Ned not see that? If you're not going to pinch hit him, at LEAST don't let him kill the rally with the bases loaded. I am super-furious at Ned right now, that could have been huge.
