I am watching it there too. Why do they only offer 1 camera angle at a time and not just the regular TBS feed. It is frustrating to be able to only see one angle at a time.
-
Completely agree. Especially since this was in the 1st inning of the game. Way to put your personal goals ahead of the team's success. His team didn't even have the lead at that time and now their best player takes himself out of the game so he can brag about a batting title. Remeber when Ted William refused to sit out the last day even though doing so would have ensured he hit .400. Lets hope Braun gets his hits tonight and makes Reyes look even more foolish.

who is the injury delay for?
-
I think it has gotten to the point that Yuni should be batting ahead of McGehee if in the lineup together.
-
Following on gameday, explain further please.
-
It seemed like he had money on the Pirates tonight.

Thanks Castro.

Casey McGehee's struggles: how much leash does he get?
burnzy24 replied to Robideaux's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
He is hitting .153 in the last 28 days, .091 in the past two weeks. That is the exact opposite of "close to breaking through." Yes, he needs to sit. -
Gabe's in St. Paul is a Packer bar with pretty good food if you are able to drive there. That is where I normally go when the Vikes and Pack play at the same time. There is also a pretty good place in Savage called the Buffalo Tap but that place fills up pretty quick. Haven't found a Brewer place yet, which is why I bought MLB tv. Also you might be able to get Uke in on 106.3 which is out of River Falls. I get it quite clear on the east side of the Metro.

I can't take Bill anymore. Has he not watched Yuni this year?

Fielder: This is probably the last year in Milwaukee
burnzy24 replied to berniebrewer4life's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
I would like the thread more if the title was this; Yuni: This is definitely my last year in Milwaukee. -
Heck of a catch by Phillips. I agree, Kottaras should be getting more playing time, Lucroy could use the rest.
-
Please stop Bill, Roeneke did not sacrifice defense by putting Green at 3b. That was a tough play with Phillips running.
-
Bill just said that McGehee is better than Green defensively....
-
I'll second that. There is an article on the Brewer's website that says he is at least going to split time between Yuni and Hairston. Lets hope Rickie can come back full time soon.
-
We have also been playing without our all star second-baseman who normally hits in the 5 hole and offers some protection for Prince. Seriously we play Colorado, Cinci, Chicago, and Pitt to close out the season. If we can't beat them, then I'll be more concerned. Losing four games in a row to Chris Carpenter, Cole Hamels, Roy Halladay and Cliff Lee isn't ideal, but these are great pitchers. There is no shame in loosing to them, but these losses are just coming at a bad time. Also just remember, the Cards have a 4 game series in Philadelphia next weekend.
-
Thanks for explaining. That still doesn't make sense to me but whatever. The wild card should have to play the number one seed, regardless of if they were in the same division.
-
They split the series versus the Cardinals this year that hardly proves your point. I'm not sure what else McGehee needs to do to prove he has no business being in the five hole. If he starts over Green tomorrow I will just watch whatever NFL game is airing. I'm so sick of watching the garbage that is McGehee and Yuni batting back to back.
-
If the Diamondbacks pass the Crew, why does the Brewers as a division winner (not yet obviously) have the play the number 1 seed rather than the Wild Card? It makes no sense so if someone could explain it I would appreciate it.
-
As mad as I am at Yuni for being the worst SS in MLB, I'm more mad at Melving and RR for keeping him in the lineup. If JHJ does not at least play some SS when Rickie gets back I will lose all respect for RR as a manager.
-
I'm really glad that Yuni is batting ahead of Lucroy.
-
I actually feel bad to Carpenter. He is going to have to explain this all to his son.
-
I bet Yo feels the same way.
-
Gameday had that pitch to Berkman perfectly down the middle. When I saw that and "in play runs" I thought it would be a HR.

Doug Melvin looks like the old guy in Walker Texas Ranger. I seriously love this team. Just a fun group of guys to follow as a fan.
