I guess one could hope Suppan gets pounded hard enough in AA or AAA that it puts some sense into whomever is keeping Suppan in the crew rotation.

Well if they're only skipping the 5th spot once please give it to Narveson. The dude has earned it. Let Parra work out his problems in long relief. Let Suppan work on his tan.

Most scouts doubt he has the mobility to play 3rd anymore. Most think he'd have to DH or be strictly a PH.

Any predictions on who the 5th starter will be my guess is Parra.

Guess will find out Monday night on whose slated to throw tuesday. Supposedly whomever is starting that date is the 5th starter.

If they could trade Snyder for Lowell in a 3-way I'd be interested -
Yeah I agree the crew would have to throw in something just to let Boston save a little face. I'd love to see Lowell in at 3rd 2-3 times a week.

Well Narveson vs Parra. Which should go to the pen. Parra has been more effective in his career out of the pen. While lately Narveson has shown to be a better starter than Parra & a few other brewer rotation locks.

I'm just not sure if I'd rather have Narverson in the rotation over Parra to begin the year. Parra to me has always looked his best in the pen.
