I totally agree. If this would have happened back in June when the games mattered, I would have probably been furious.

    Ugh . . . Back to even. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/sick.gif

Tony Gwynn, flying around the bases . . . Beautiful !!

Bill Hall really looks lost lately. He seems to be out of gas.

HR for Jenkins. Better late than never !!
  6. AJAY
DId you see how much ground Gwynn and Hart covered there? Thank god there was no collision.
  7. AJAY
    Darn, no TV today.

    Ballgame !! Brewers Win.

It's amazing what the pitching staff has to do to compensate for the terrible offense. Sheets throws a two-hitter and still the Brewers barely manage to win. Great outing for Sheets, but this team is really bad right now. Nice to see Jenkins have a great day.

WTMJ radio was saying that the doubleheader begins at 11:30 tomorrow. There may be some confusion due to the time zones.

From JS Online . . . Tonight's Brewers game vs. the Pirates at PNC Park in Pittsburgh has been postponed due to rain. It will be made up as part of a doubleheader tomorrow at 12:35 p.m.

    Drew Anderson? *sigh* http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b273/AJAY_02/Sep11.jpg

I also think it would be nice to see Gwynn get some good experience against a lefty pitcher who he might be facing for many years to come. Duke is going to be a Pirate for many years and so Gwynn should get used to hitting against him. http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b273/AJAY_02/Sep11.jpg

It was also nice to see a Brewer get a bunt single. It's been rare this season. Nice bunt by Graffy.

Dave Bush = Gregg Maddux Light

It was a great night to be at the ballpark. The small crowd pretty much meant that you could almost pick your own seat. Mench was hitting to the opposite field, WOW !! Davis was not walking people, WOW !! Corey Hart went deep twice, WOW !! BREWERS DOMINATE !! WOW !!!

I had a ticket to this game, and I decided to skip it and not waste my time. Boy do I feel stupid. BREWERS WIN !!! (FINALLY)
  18. AJAY
Nope, I wasn't there. Thanks for your concern http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif Now that this team totally blows, the wins and losses don't affect me anymore. It doesn't matter now. I just want to see a very productive offseason and get everyone back healthy for next spring.

What a dumb throw by Mench. It's no wonder we keep losing close games on the road.
  20. AJAY
HECK YEAH !! This was awesome. Let's hope it wakes this team up. Too bad our best hitter was ejected though.

I am predicting a brawl tonight. We hit three Houston batters last night, and now we have Dave Bush pitching tonight. He likes to pitch inside and usually hits about one or two batters a game. Roger Clemens is also old school and will probably work inside to retaliate a little. Just a hunch.

What's bugging me? For some reason I usually hate this time of year. Summer is coming to an end, it gets dark earlier, fall is right around the corner, the Brewers are usually out of it, and baseball in general is winding down. It's my least favorite time of the year.
  23. AJAY
    BOOOOOOOOOOO !!!!
  24. AJAY
Okay, Ned is finally arguing now. At least we know he is still watching.
  25. AJAY
Why is Ned sitting on his butt and not out there arguing? We have been getting screwed all night by the umpires.
