  14. Ok, This thing was made in the late 70's early 80's and was designed to fit in the grill of your hot 79 Bonneville, or some such.. Or, according to the included instructions, drill a hole in your trunk. You hook this up to the headlight/taillight wiring and it lights up the ball n glove logo. It's 2 inches in diameter and the frame is chrome.. Very solidly made, unusual piece. Comes in a nice box. As good as new, never used. Perhaps you can find a way to retrofit it for some other use (a bar light?).. Anyway I'm asking $50 for it.. I will post pics as soon as I get my camera to work.
  15. Also, if you want other Milwaukee related crap, go here.. They have stores all over the place and online. http://www.brewcityonline.com/brewcity/
  16. You could email John Gurda, a very well known Milwaukee Historian and author. In fact I think he had a hand in the Making of CS book. He'd know for sure. http://johngurda.com/
  17. This same photo is in the "history of Milwaukee Country Stadium"book which is still available. This pic contains Mayor Dan Hoan, Fred Miller and Charles Whitnall father of Milwaukee's park system. (which my HS was named) The land where CS (and subsequently MP) is built was a city dump, when MP was being built, there was a concern about Methane buildup from the buried dump (still) so there are several vent pipes that vent the gas out. The more you know. If you look at the picture carefully, in the horizon are one of those old squarish electrical towers, which are still surrounding the ballpark today.
  18. Wait, what about those 3m removable hooks where you stretch the adhesive to stick em on, then stretch again to remove? Here check it out.. Might find what your looking for. http://solutions.3m.com/w...and/home/us_en/products/
  19. Theres this newish sports bar in the Third Ward that reminds me a bit of the ESPN zone, where each booth has its own HD tv and you can tune it to whatever you want.. It's called Fanatics Sports Central 185 N Jefferson.. Been there a few times.. They of course, have this hugh jass screens too..

  23. It's true.. The tarp is there mainly to protect the diamond and the infield.. The grass needs water, the dirt doesn't.
