    After the game last night, I realize that 94 was closed not only by Johnson Creek, but at Highway 83, I needed to get back to Lake Mills...So I took the detour, big mistake! I was wondering where the heck it was going, and it went all the way out to I43, and then, I finally got ticked off, and exited at HWY 12, and took that to Fort Atkinson, and then to Lake Mills...But the detour goes all the way to Beloit on 43, and then you get on 90 and take that to Madison, so I would advise everybody coming home from the game tonight, to NOT TAKE the detour, it is horrible, and if you need to go to Madison or anywhere near it, stay away from this thing, it is a waste! (Renamed thread, since it is now being used for information on more detour routes than just I-94 - hawing)

    I agree Pitchleague. He's pretty good compared to what's out there. i think he is terrible, i hope jeff cirillo takes over next year...

    LET"S GET YU! it is simple, we let sheets walk, take the compensation, and then we go out and pay $60 MM to talk to Yu Darvish...We then Pay Him Over $100 MM, but we must get to him before Cashman or Epstein does... The attraction that Milwaukee would get from Japanese Media would be awesome, and this would benefit the Brewers rather well. Mark would dig for him, and he would be 100% worth it, some call him the best pitcher in the world, and he is only 21...I've heard some say that once he fills out his frame, he could top 100 MPH... Obviously, this will never happen, but heck, if he says he is going to open his wallet, I want Yu...All of that being said, Yu probably isn't coming over for a couple of years, I will just cry if he goes to Chicago... http://www.japantimes.co.jp/images/photos2007/sb20070318wga.jpg

    i think hitting coaches are almost worthless, i just think they are overrated, but in the long scheme of things, i don't think they have much bearing on anything...

    no, they are not doing it because the cubs and they will need the ushers to control the big crowds, so they don't want to be messing with an auto friday crowd, that is what my rep told me... i just hope i can get sheets his "first" time

    Seriously, the dirtiest thing I saw in the series was when Braun cleated Theriot at 2b. i think it was the morons in the bleachers in left that threw beer and popcorn on braun...

    1. Ned relies on the trainer in cases like this, which is why I believe the lion's share of any responsibility for any further damage rests on the trainer. That said, Ned's the captain of this ship, of course the decision to send him back out for more work after that play (in April!) has something to do with him. once the ACL is torn, it is torn, I am taking that right out of an article, it wouldn't have mattered either way, the physician, said that no further damage occured because of him playing
