    brewcrew-- great game tonight, we picked up two points over your blues. it was nice to watch peverley hit the GWG after seeing him play in Milwaukee a lot this year. Peverley's line scored all the goals i think, and if vancouver can lose, nashville should be in pretty good shape... go preds!

    on ESPN said that Carlos Zambrano is the ACE of ACE's... don't know why that is such a bogus statement, he is a top pitcher in the NL and he is certaintly and ace, and more of one than we have, just because he plays in chicago he isn't good?

    all of the experiences i have had, and stories i have heard, uecker is not a nice guy. now some would say that those of us that want an autograph are what made him that way, i don't know, but he is a completely different guy on the radio than in person.

    i think they need to leave WTMJ, i understand that the signals elsewhere are bad, but WTMJ has a monopoly in Wisconsin, and it is wrong, I don't understand why someone hasn't done something in the past. The GREEN BAY Packers, are not from Milwaukee, they are from GREEN BAY, the flagship should be in Green Bay. The Wisconsin Badgers flagship should be in Madison, it is ridiculous, and I don't see why it has taken so long for someone to compete with them. Marquette, even though I am a Wisconsin fan first, should be on WTMJ, the Eagles can hardly be heard on the radio in Milwaukee because WAUK is so bad. There are not many states that have one station for all their sports, and I don't get why we do. I understand that is the Brewers moved to WSSP the signal wouldn't go far, but it is crap that the MILWAUKEE Brewers get kicked off on some days when the GREEN BAY Packers are playing. The station is in MILWAUKEE. I have never heard of 1480 AM in Philadelphia have the Phillies game kicked off to hear the Pittsburgh Steelers preseason...I know that is a little different, but Green Bay has its own sports, and Milwaukee had theirs...

    jim this is at the on deck event, they have game used stuff and memorabilia stuff in two seperate spots. i believe they bought the jerseys from the brewers, i bought some cards from some vendors...the event is normally the sunay before opening day, but it was the saturday this year...

    we aren't sitting in the bleachers in yankee, that is in fenway...

    we try to sit in the upper decks, because we are both poor and cheap, so that is how i get them, but because we are cheap when we go to fenway, shea, and yankee this year, we got our sox tickets through stub hub, and the cheapest thing was $75 in the bleachers, so hopefully they will let me walk that way...but to answer your question, with the exception of the metrodome and miller, all of those are from our seats...

    I havent done too much booing mainly Barry Bonds and other people who have used steroids i'm guessing gagne will take some crap from you this year, that is a shame... i boo for lack of effort, and for sheffield as well, but booing because hall struck out on a pitch in the dirt, or weeks bobbled a ball, what is the point? but the thing is that the fans that have been there and are the die-hards aren't booing, the people filling the empty seats are the ones making the noise.

    20fry recorded it last year, and it was clearly slopper. it seems to me that it was the original, and they did it today as well, so i would assume they would carry it into the "real" games.

    how did everybody do today? I got there at 5:30, I just parked on bluemound and walked down, and then two more guys came at about 5:45. We sprinted and got pretty high up in the Fielder line, and then I got Kendall on a game used bat, and Prince on a Beckett magazine. I then went up to the vendors, and bought a few signed cards, nothing much. Then I went to the Royals dugout, and had great success. I got Soria, Gordon, German, and Grudzielanek. Over Friday, and Today, this is what I got: Miguel Olivo - card David DeJesus - 2 cards Ryan Shealy - 3 cards Mark Teahen - 2 cards Esteban German - card John Buck - card Mark Grudzielanek - game used bat, card Jason Kendall - game used bat Prince Fielder - Beckett Magazine Alex Gordon - Baseball

    i see your point danzig, but out of the last three games i've been to, there has only been one fight, john laliberte got destroyed...So i think to say 2-3 a night is a little excessive...
