  1. I'll say it again, A ROD is out of his mind
  2. Mo gets out of a HUGE jam.... Mark Teixeira sure can glove it at first. Wow!
  3. A Rod is out of his mind right now
  4. I wear a hat all the time. The only time I wear my hat backwards is when I'm batting in softball and that's only because it bothers me when I'm looking at high pitches. I'll wear my hat indoors as well however I never wear it when I'm eating.
  5. yeah, I have been looking at craigslist and every now and then I can find some for a couple hundred each. I'm hopeful that I can find some for a little cheaper as I don't have a ton of money to spend on them. Hopefully someone on here can come through for me, or I have my mom asking a couple older couples that have season tickets but never go.
  6. Just throwing it out there and seeing if anyone has tickets to any Packers games this year that they won't be able to use. I'm really looking for that little game against the Vikings, and Id like to be able to take my roommate to the Cowboys game since he is from Texas and is a huge fan of theirs but any game would be nice. I know chances are slim for Packers tickets but we'll see. Thanks!
  7. the runner at 2nd means nothing anyway...you need to get the out at first there I should say the runner going to second means nothing
  8. It does get to be a bit much just like it does with Favre, but Jeter is a very smart baseball player.
  9. wow....I can't believe that the ump called him safe. That is a total total screw job. its funny that we can even call something like this a screw job when the player never did actually touch the base but umps NEVER call that a safe play
  10. what about his home run? I enjoyed that I also liked watching Mo dominate that inning
  11. I was walking out of a store today and this little kid asks his mom for a quarter to get a gumball out of the machine. His mom says back to him, "I don't know, they probably have been in there for a long time" to which the kid replies as he shrugs is shoulders, "so, I don't care". When you're that age there are no cares in the world. It made me giggle, and I bought my own gumball whether it was in there for a long time or not because I just didn't care.
  12. about how many jerseys are we up to now? Probably should figure it out and order soon especially for the guys that want football jerseys since the season is already a qtr. old.
  13. wow...walking prince is really weak there. what a punk
  14. Id probably be interested in a jersey as well i have a friend that is down for 1 as well
  15. This whole first inning could have been totally different if Hart would have actually ran for the ball instead of making Lopez try to make the catch.
  16. maybe its just me, but it seems like hart lacks some hustle in the OF from time to time
  17. I had unauthorized charges on my paypal account this morning putting my bank account in the negative by $200 bucks. It was Zynga game network which I guess is some facebook games. Not sure how this happened but I don't even play those games. I contacted both my bank and paypal but it doesn't look like I'll get my money back for awhile...ugh
  18. I will once again be making the trip down there next year. Flying this time. I'm glad we drove last year but, never again. Already can't wait for it!
  19. this is the first time i have played madden in several years....I'm freaking horrible
  20. I really liked the park in SD. Fun walk up to the stadium, the people are awesome as well. Can't say the same about Dodger Stadium. Personally I think the stadium is a dump and the fans are the worst I have seen. I'm happy that I get to see 3 games in LA but after tomorrows game, I'll probably never see a game there again. I just didn't care for it at all...way too rude of fans.
  21. I will be at the Sun-Wed games...so jacked for them!
  22. Next week I'm going on Vacation to California to visit my uncle and to watch the Crew play in SD for a game then going to 3 games in LA. While in SD I'm looking at hitting up the SD Zoo. Since It's so big does anyone have any suggestions on what part of the zoo I should go to or what part of the zoo is a must see? I have never been out that way, does anyone have any other suggestions for must do's while out there? so far I got.... the zoo (just not sure what part of it) 4 brewers games the beach can't wait!
  23. I somewhat became a sox fan once Podsednik was traded there a few years back and was rooting for Buehrle once I heard he was going for the perfect game. Anytime you can rob a HR its a great catch but under the circumstances that might be one of the best catches ever. I'm a guy that likes to see no hitters and cycles in baseball. Every time a player is close to either I root for them. I also like seeing walk offs because I love the players reaction after the accomplishment. I like seeing athletes celebrate like they are little kids again.
  24. our group got.. Corey Kemp John Delaney Michael Vass Lorenzo Cain...but then I traded it for a Lawrie and we got someone else but I can't remember who Then the Grounds Crew threw me a ball so that was cool.
