  1. I could be way wrong but I thought you can actually walk as far away as the dugout and as long as you don't go in it, you're still in play..Like I said I could be way off but I thought I heard that somewhere
  2. what is the going rate for a couple of them? man id love to get my hands on a pair..anyone else that has some?
  3. I have been it since day one, taking every kick and punch that the Brewers could throw at me. A couple times they knocked me down and it hurt so bad that I wasn't sure that I wanted to get up off the mat but I did. Games like this is why I never will give up on my team and will be there til the end.
  4. even more good news for Appleton. I love it!
  5. For the most part we all have been all over him this year, and has taken some big time booing at MP but this is a very very cool thing that he is doing.
  6. I'm excited that rehab stints might be held up here and we'll get to see some good brewers talent come through here. I hope they have some hats or something with the Rattlers logo and a mini brewers logo on the side or something like that. Pumped
  7. seriously this rocks. I can't wait for next year already. Going to spring training and to T Rats and Brewers games whenever possible.
  8. I'm so flippin happy! I wish I had some extra cash to order season tix there.
  9. Tonight's game was more comical than anything. I laughed more than I was angry and that's saying something since they hit 7 bombs. I'll be right back at it, tomorrow for more laughs.
  10. I'm holding on from not jumping around like a little kid on christmas just in case...but being 5 min. from there is freakin great
  11. we have only given up 7 hrs so far! Hey, its better than giving up 8 right?
  12. take parra out...not because he is getting crushed, because his arm is going to fall out....oh yeah, and because he is getting crushed....but noooo have to get him through the inning so we can PH for him. Stupid
  13. I know Parra is still in there to take one for the team, but his arm is cashed, and his confidence might be as well.
  14. 8-0 when we needed to win this game..they are all must wins from here on out, and they come out playing like crap. All trying to hit 6 run jacks.
  15. atta boy soup! way to be that late season big game pitcher. ARGH!!!!!!!!!
  16. Sorry if this isn't MLB stuff but since its about the Brewers season, I put it in here. Of course please move if its not. We kinda had a thread about it in Off Topic about taking a break, but that turned more into people acting like fools throwing stuff all over the place, me included. I think this Thread is a little different. So I have been reading the various threads and there is a lot of talk about being done with the season and not watching anymore and I really can't blame them. So whos going to torture themselves to the final out of the season? or who is going to bail because the they just can't take it anymore? I'll admit when Soto tied the game it was like a big kick to the junk and when Lee singled in the game winner I said to a co worker that I'm so close to being done and not watching anymore this year. But who am I kidding? I must love the torture, the pain, the agony because I'll right back watching or listening to every pitch the next game. So bring on whatever else is to come! I'm all in. if this thread sucks, I'm sorry.
  17. this one of course made me mad, but like I said in the in the IGT, this is a stunned pain that I have never felt before after a baseball game. Just a killer, just a killer.
  18. my goodness that was one of the wost losses I have ever seen. I think I actually did shed a tear. The stunned pain hurts so bad.
  19. people really need to stop telling people to enjoy it and have fun. How about let people decide how they want to deal with the season? Enjoy it and have fun was said a million times last year and it didn't turn out to be so much fun. This year has been fun for most of the year, but these last two weeks other than last night have been the opposite of fun. Its great to be in a playoff race and to have one of the best seasons by a Brewers team in many years, but i'm more nervous than anything. People react to things differently.
  20. I don't think Pitching is one position that you could or should pitch with pain, especially on your throwing arm. I don't think he is a wuss at all. It does suck that this happens to him at least once a year. This one happened to be at one of the worst times possible.
