    Not sure if this has been talked about anywhere else, if it has I'm sorry and I suck at life..but.. if the Cubs and Cards pick up someone pretty significant do the Brewers then have to pick someone up to counter that? . Say the Cards picked up Buehrle and the Cubs picked up Griffey both of those teams then just got a lot better. I would hope the Brewers would counter by making a big move themselves. any thoughts?

    i went early on sunday and it was a bust. Only player that I got was JJ. JJ is a good one to get, but I was hoping for more since I had to get up at 430am to get there at 7. I'll try again during the middle of the weak next time.

    I like most people watched a lot of wrestling back in the day. Benoit was one of my favorites to watch. Should be interesting to see the rest of the details when they come out

    there will be an article in the JS soon about a group of about 10 people that go to MP often. How they together punched between 100 and 200 thousand ballots. How MP ran out of all star ballots so they went to wrigley and MN to pick up more. I have seen these guys in action sitting outside before a game punching boxes of ballots at a time.

    i really would like the retro bill hall. I was bummed out that I didn't get it because I wanted to display it next to the bill hall pink bat. I don't have much to trade, just a bunch of minis. would you be looking to sell at all?

    so if the Cubs/Cards did something incredible -- we are in a great position to capture the WC (as a plan B the only thing I see bad with this is that if they do something incredible and over take the Brewers, that would probably mean the Brewers tanked and would have fallen out of the Wild Card chase. I in no way want to see the Cubs at any point in time. No matter what the Brewers or Cubs record is they always seem to give us trouble. As for something unreal to experience though, it would be the first time that MP was filled with Brewers fans to the max when the Cubs are in town. That would be nice to see

    How many fastballs has Hall taken in the ribs over the past season and a half? That's a pretty good barometer whether or not he's too cocky, and I'd say the answer is no. I don't think thats a good way to tell wether he is cocky or not at all. They guy who show boats isn't the one that gets hit. The star or the next batter is the one that gets hit. Just about every player will admire their long balls. Its when they think they hit one out and it goes off the wall is where I have a problem with it. Billy clearly thought his ball off the wall was gone but still hustled just enough to make it to 2nd. If he would have been thrown out, I would have to think Ned would have a talk with billy.

    ok, this isn't the ending but it bothers me . In the movie tombstone, when Doc Holiday dies he looks at his feet and says something. I can't remember what he says but I don't get why he says it. I love that movie, and have watched it tons of times and I still can't figure out why they show his feet.

    Just wanted to know peoples opinions on bidding on an item when you know a person that is also bidding on the same item. Peronally, if I look in a bid history, and I recognize a bidders name that I respect or whatever, I'll not bid on that item. Sort of like a, first come first serve, you see if first its yours for the bidding. Thats just the way I think. What do you guys think? its on ebay its fair game? or what? edit. I'm really really tired so it was really hard to get my thoughts in my head typed out on here. So I hope you guys know what I'm trying to say.

    You can focus on the overall record or place in the standings, if you must no matter how much I or others complain or how bad they have played latley, you cant deny the fact they are in first. I'm good with both 6-6 in the last 12 and the overall first place record

    The Brewers are 6-6 in their last 12 games. Let's focus on that sample, instead of the SLIGHTLY larger and uglier one? the first time in BF history we are acutally supposed to look at a small sample size and be happy with it. I'm all for it.

    They're having a celebration on Tuesday, August 14 against the Cardinals, I believe I guess I just don't get this whole thing. We are going to celebrate losing the world series to the team we are playing that day. Has anyone celebrated going to and losing a world series more than the Brewers? It's cool that we went to the world series but maybe since I was 4 I don't have any emotional attachment to it.

    For those most guilty of this, do you even notice that you are doing it? if they don't know they are doing that, I don't think they will be able to answer your question. I haven't wanted graffy or counsell from the begining of the year. since weeks is hurt, one of them has to play there is no getting around that. my problem like most has been with estrada batting 5th. If the main players are healthy, I don't want them sitting unelss they aren't feeling well, hurting or they have played like a month straight.

    We get more like Cubs fans every day... what does this even mean? because people get down on their team for losing? because people expect more from there team? Because people expect more from a manager? I can't stand comments like that because they don't make any sense to me. It goes back to the, its ok the that the Brewers lost because the cubs lost too. Why compare everything to what the cubs do?

    there is shame in getting no hit. who cares if it was a young pitcher that is a stud. That means all your stud players weren't good enough. Not only did we get no hit, but we almost got no hit a couple weeks ago. This team is becoming real pathetic in a real hurry.

    For some reason when I play I misjudge balls with sunglasses. I do too. I'm not a fan of wearing glasses either. I can't read the ball of the bat as quick. Also hitting seems to be harder wearing glasses.

    I know right now you're in AZ correct? do you live in Neenah or have family there? Thats one heck of a drive, have fun with that. God bless you on the journey through Illinois. It's the worst, most boring ride in the country have you ever driven through North Dakota? man oh man is that ever boring.

    I have worn eye black once and thought it did nothing for me. But I'll go right along with the others, how cool does it look? Put some eye black on, with some high socks and it doesn't matter if you go 0-4, you look good doing it.

    watching the Brewers squeeze play, the 0-2 pitch that coco threw to Byrd was a horrible pitch. Why he didn't throw a couple in the dirt is amazing. Then the Lofton play where he threw out TGJ was was a bad call. CB Bucknor is a horrible umpire who feels the need for attention. He widens the strike zone on 2 strike pitches just so he can use his overly excited punch out. I feel like it shows up the players everytime he does it.

    to heck with this team. giving runners bases all the time, 0-2 pitches left up in the zone when they should be bounced in the dirt. I'm sick of it, this team is down right horrible and its just going to get worse from here on out.
