    Some of you please explain to me why they are a BETTER team than last year. I can't find even 1 legit reason. Please enlighten me. I'll give it a (brief) shot. Basically, I don't see a huge regression coming from the pitching staff, and it's impossible for me to fathom this lineup being worse offensively than last year's.

    So when a player has a hot streak, can I go off about how he's better than Pujols and the Brewers are going to win 110 games because they're so awesome? Cripes. That said, since the first 5 games they've been pretty forgettable. Of course, this may very well be the toughest stretch of games the entire season.

    Do some of you realize some stats mean jack crap? Apparently not. You're in the wrong place to try that one. Wise before LAST year was a NOBODY, and last year he made a name for himself and did well, but NEVER ONCE has he been a guy on a PLAYOFF caliber team that gets the job done when it matters most. On the other hand, he's never failed in that situation, so he has a perfect record! Two can play that game. Just because folks wanna post their distaste for this TEAM doesnt give the right for some to CHALLENGE others opinions. We're not supposed to challenge opinions?! Even unfactual (i.e. not true) ones? Its usually stuff here and it needs to change if this board wants to be great. Jeesh! If you're saying your purpose here is to take the board to the next level, I'd have to disagree. Every post of yours is some variation on " SUCKS. I TOLD you so, this team is going to be horrible!" I don't think that's doing much of anything except demonstrating what reasoned, logical, constructive conversation (negative or otherwise) is *not* like.

    Im not gonna rip on Wise, even though I think he is junk, he did what expected in crunch time, like he always does, when its joke time, he gets away with his weak stuff. WHAT a surprise, you waited until now to post. I think you need to check Wise's numbers again. Your statement is completely bogus. I predicted 85 losses and I will be right, like usual Wow, Nostradamus is here everybody! Funny how you only come out and rant when they're down.
