Thanks Casey, I did post in the trading forum, but was just trying to unload the pass, so was "pushing" it. Not so much because of money, I just could not use it, and so many seemed to need it. Oh well, thanks again.

I have one parking pass for Saturday, Preferred, selling at face value 30 bucks. First reply to bquirk6968@aol.com gets it. You would have to meet me in Whitefish Bay by 10 am Sharp(!) to pick it up. Don't reserve it and not show up, as I will hold it for first responder. If you are close, I could meet you tonight if not too late.

AS a young fan growing up in Chicago, I was upset that the Dodgers and Brooklyn moved, this was not right, it is the "Brooklyn" Dodgers, always was! I was upset the Braves moved from Milwaukee, that was not right. Then, an expanded season! Free agency (darn that Curt flood!) Then divisions! Then Wild Card! OMG. Yet, always stayed with it, adapted, got older, understood things change everywhere and all the time. So with 20, 30 years tops to live, I imagine I will get through what other changes are sure to come. T0o many other things will be more important. As long it is fundamentally Baseball, I will go with the flow.

Just wondering, if we have clinched by the last series, or before, people may still show up, as playoff tickets will be hard to get unless you are a season ticket holder. I had to switch out my final weekend games for two of the Pirates game, due to being out of town. Obviously, I hope we are in by then, but would still go, just to soak it up. -
It is beyond me how people like to call RR and Melvin "fool," "idiot," "stupid" and other nasty names. Disagree with strategy, but that does not make them stupid. Magic number is 19, not bad for stupid fools running the team.

Sad, sad stuff. The fellow really did not hang way out there, looks like he just lost his balance. I am surprised that the teams liability/insurance lawyers for years allow throwing balls to fans, there are, as we see, bad things that can happen. Would not be surprised to see some changes in this, maybe hand the ball to kids in the lower stands, but no more throwing it deep or up to the higher levels. Ya, lower rows get the souvenirs, but it is not like you see balls thrown to the third and fourth levels ever, so, low seat will get the goodies, so it goes.
