  1. Yes, he was in the dugout with the team for the Cubs series. I assume for the entire series, but I only made a note of it once.

  3. It probably has more to do with the fact that local news is comparatively cheap to produce for the affiliates.
  4. I was in NYC for the opening series. I had the "wonderful" experience of watching the 20-run outburst by the Yankees... The stadium was very underwhelming, and the outcome (from a Brewers fan perspective) sucked, but the crowd was amazing. From before the first pitch and throughout the game, they were chanting, cheering, and being generally loud. I LOVED the energy. Music between every pitch, never a lull... the Yankees carry themselves differently. I wouldn't call them "friendly" or rude, but Yankee fans know who they are - That's for sure. There were maybe a half dozen Brewer fans on the subway, but I was actually surprised by the lack of Brewer fans in the stadium. I was maybe a dozen rows behind the Brewers dugout and saw .... maybe three other Brewers fans. I thought we travelled better. Overall, I'm glad to have been there (Yankee Stadium), but I really walked away with a greater appreciation for the AmFam experience. We have a great place to watch our team.
  5. How is it odd? It's not a new site. It's the "Major League Baseball" site, and he is banned from Major League Baseball.
  6. I'm not validating his story; just pointing out the signatures in the photo.
  7. I can make out all but a handful of signatures. Hope this helps. 8. I'm curious what you're seeing to come to this conclusion. I understand that Bally's is far from out of trouble, but they are not shutting down tomorrow. The Braves, Tigers, Twins (and other?) games disappearing from TV today is a carriage issue (with Comcast), not due to Bally's financial problems. Those games are still airing on other cable providers. For example, they just signed (are super close to?) a new deal with DirecTv and are in negotiations with Comcast. This is the same thing that happened a while back when ESPN and ABC were dropped from Comcast during a carriage negotiation. The last thing I saw was that things were turning semi-optimistic for Bally's after some restructuring, the new cable carriage deals, and the infusion of cash from Amazon.
  9. I'd say the Club level (300 level) should get some consideration. There are fewer people in general (by design), and the sections are only 7 rows deep with extra width and legroom and decently wide walkways behind the last room. There is also an elevator to get you up and down the levels. The elevator is on the 3rd base side, and - I'm going from memory - but I think section 340 (plus or minus in either direction) would be a safe bet. As I think about this, there are some steps from the enclosed concourse to the seating bowl to consider, too. But there is a railing. RE: Parking. The "Brewers 2" lot has accessible parking closest to the clock tower, which is where the elevator to the Club level is located. The Aaron lot also has several rows of accessible parking right in front of the home plate entrance. I hope this helps.
  10. I could be wrong here, but the way I read about this is that Amazon invested in a minority stake in DSG (AKA Bally) and acquired the streaming rights, but not the broadcast rights to a number of teams (including the Brewers). This clears a path for Amazon to offer a DTC option, but probably not until 2025. Bally will still broadcast games in 2024 on TV providers that carry Bally. AFAIK they renewed with DirecTV at the end of 2023, and I think the Charter/Spectrum deal with Bally was set to expire on 02/29/2024 (AKA yesterday), but I never saw (also didn't look for) anything about a renewal, but I assume we would have heard about it if it wasn't. As for Bally and DSG beyond 2024... we'll see.
  11. 100% agree. You nailed each of my talking points. Plus I enjoy that the sections are small; just 7 rows deep with good leg room.
  12. "Here's my recipe for Milwaukee dogs. Use these types of onions. Or not. Use this kind of dog. Or not. Slice your jalapeno this way. Or not. Want some pickles? Go for it, no one cares..." As someone who rarely follows a recipe, and just wants a hot dog...this speaks to me.

  15. Milwaukeejobs DOES show employers the date your resume was posted. It is a good idea to refresh your resume every once and a while. If nothing else, it lets the hiring manager or recruiter know that your are actively looking for work
