    So is it possible that we saw any chance of Cappy or T-Bow making the All-Star game vanish tonight? I've been to 7 Brewers games this year. 3 in Milwaukee...2 in Minneapolis....one in NY...and one in LA and we are 1-6. I bet I have seen 150 Brewers games in my life and I would bet that we are 50-100 in those games. I need to stop attending.

    It was a beautiful 12 hopper by Jenkins. So he is on pace for a 250ish season and 14 homers and to top it off he is a shell of his left-field self in right.

    I'm laughing at the Jenkins bashers and even more at the Jenkins supporters. He gets one hit and apparantly that's validation....or reversely he strikes out and that's validation the other way. It's pretty funny.

    Well if Jenkins and Lee are the same player we would be FREAKING insane to give a 50 million dollar contract to an older version of Geoff Jenkins who can't field.

    I would call it horrible managing to put the winning run on base. Turnbow blew it....not Yost. Turnbow has been very average to below average this year.

    Does anyone think the Brewers will reach 500 again this season? I for one do not. I'm beginning to think think 70-92 or in that neighborhood.

    The last few years I thought not having an offense made following the team hard but I have to say a bad pitching staff is more frustrating then a bad offense.

    Powell just commented the tv gun is faster. He said most fastballs have been in the 80's.

    Peavy - Uecker has been commenting how is fastball is topping out at 88 or 89. According to Uecker he has only hit 90 once.

    If his velocity is off an he is getting rocked shouldn't there be some sort of mound meeting to check on him?

    Uecker said he hasn't gone above 89 tonight and most pitches are in the 87 or 88 range.

    Seriously I'm getting worried....he's like 6 or 7 mph off. Toma's shoulder last night and Ben has no velocity.
