For a laugh go back and read the comments from the thread where we signed Branyan to a minor league deal or called him up. Many were DEAD set against him. Oops.

I really can't see Yost managing this team by the end of May. Granted its not all his fault as all the players seem to be regressing but you can't fire all the players. -
I love how all the umpires on this site proclaim strike outs and then stick by them as if they were official.

I would say that Ben Sheets is far from a gamer. In every interview I have ever heard he flat out says that he won't pitch until he's 100 percent.

Closer is the easiest job in baseball which is why it was just plain silly to give Gagne 10 million. I bet anyone in the bullpen would have a 67 percent success rate.

Riske would have a better save percentage then Gagne (as would Torres and Moto).

Besides the large number of starts that he has missed since he signed his contract how many games has he left early due to injury? It's quite high.

I'm not a big fan of people saying things like people who boo are clueless. They pay their money and they can boo. Geoff is a big boy and made millions upon millions of dollars to play in Milwaukee so it's not like he was doing us a favor.

With bleacher seats in Yankee Stadium you are ONLY allowed bleacher access and cannot access the monuments. -

I thought it was like a hundred k or two hundred k which Cecil says should have been his agent cut. It certainly wasn't millions as that would have been like all his money. -

Yeah but if he blows 10 it will be a bad season. Number of saves means nothing. -
This is the second season in a row where Sheets and his injuries (which people around here will argue are not injuries) have cost us the division (looking ahead).
