  1. Oh I know. But if it was a full on rebuild, there’s lots of talent.
  2. That was something. Go win the WS, Dodgers.
  3. Based on the young guys already on the team and the farm system, I’m good with that. But I think having a few veterans would help too.
  4. I remember back in my younger sports fanning days, especially with the Packers, if they lost, it ruined my mood for the week. I’ve learned that I have no control over the outcome, so I’ll cheer, but move on, no matter what the outcome.
  5. That’s a name I had blocked in the memory bank. Thanks for resurrecting that trauma.
  6. It also helps that they’re getting hittable pitches in the zone…..
  7. On the replay, it looked like Blake was on the run to take 2nd.
  8. That sucks. I don’t want the Mariners to do anything good.
  9. Does it really matter? Are we getting 3 runs? Or even 1 for that matter?
  10. Well……I’m not giving up yet, but that wasn’t a good start.
  11. I hope we dominate the Dodgers tonight, just to show up the TBS pregame crap talking about how amazing and fantastic and awesome the Dodgers are. I mean, I want us to win to keep the series going and win period, but still. These clowns keep jabbering on about the Dodgers.
  12. This interview with Kike is boring and very drawn out.
  13. Beautifully said. Although the Yount/Young misspell got me thinking back to the game when Yount and Young…..why I can’t remember his first name, got mixed up on the lineup card. So many memories.
  14. Just a cramp for Chourio. Doesn't need hamstring replacement! https://www.mlb.com/news/jackson-chourio-exits-nlcs-game-3
  15. I don’t disagree one bit. I live in Houston and fans here have been spoiled by the Astros’ success. So much so, that this year, there’s so much talk and questions on what to do. Most teams don’t have a consistent string of success for many years. So it’s enjoy the good while you’ve got it. There are plenty of other teams and fanbases sitting at home with nothing to cheer for. There is only one team at the end of the year who has won it all. In the meantime, it’s about enjoying the ride, good, bad or otherwise. I was 5 in ‘’82, so I don’t remember much of it. I grew up going to games and following the Brewers in the mid 80’s. Then the 90’s. The really not great years. And I still rooted for them and was optimistic, because that’s what fans do. The past few years of success is the reward.
  16. Gold glove form, BA? It was a good play, but a gold glove play would be to throw it to Freeman with no bounce.
