  2. I agree with your first premise, I'm not a fan of "arrived", I'm very slow to jump on and off bandwagons. I think Wily can be a very productive MLB pitcher and I'm encouraged by his progress over the last 6 weeks. He's the one pitcher on the big league that I follow very closely. I disagree with your second premise, he does not have the stuff to be a #1, not in a scouting sense. He doesn't have 3 plus pitches that he can consistently throw for strikes, nor does he spot his FB like true #1s, he's never had that kind of command. I do believe he could be a solid #2. He has a big enough arm to be a #1 but the rest of his repertoire just isn't at that level. Peralta is young enough that he could certainly continue to improve, and he's still relatively young to pitching, he was an OF whom the Brewers converted to a pitcher when they signed him. So there's room for hope, but the flip side is that he's already come so far, he's almost an entirely different pitcher than the guy I saw in Appleton. Is it reasonable to expect him to continue his ascension a player? I would love to say yes, but looking at how far he's come I just don't know how realistic that would be.

  4. Captains score three in ninth to beat Wisconsin Rattlers can't hold 3-1 lead; Lose 4-3 to Lake County By Chris Mehring / Wisconsin Timber Rattlers GRAND CHUTE, WI - The Lake County Captains scored three runs on four straight hits with one out in the top of the ninth inning to stun the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers Sunday afternoon at Time Warner Cable Field at Fox Cities Stadium. The Captains rallied for a 4-3 win to spoil a terrific start by Wisconsin pitcher Jorge Lopez and even the three game series at a win for each team. Wisconsin (39-49 overall, 10-13 second half) scored first. Victor Roache broke the scoreless tie with a solo home run in the bottom of the fifth. Roache's tenth home run of the season came off Lake County starter Robbie Aviles, who had allowed two hits through the first 4-1/3 innings. Garrett Cooper followed the home run by Roache with a single. It was the first hit as a Rattler for Cooper, the 6th round pick of the Milwaukee Brewers in the 2013 draft who was playing in his second game with Wisconsin. Parker Berberet didn't let Cooper stay on base for long. Berberet launched a two-run home run to left and the Rattlers were up 3-0. Lopez cruised through the first 6-1/3 innings as he allowed one hit and struck out four. Logan Vick doubled with one out in the top of the seventh. Jeremy Lucas singled Vick home with two outs to get Lake County their first run. Lopez got the final out of the frame and turned the game over to the bullpen. Taylor Mangum gave up a pair of hits with one out in the top of the eighth, but kept Lake County (36-54, 13-10) from scoring. That was not the case in the ninth. Joe Sever lined a home run to left with one out in the ninth to cut Wisconsin's lead to one run. Lucas followed with a single to left and was replaced by pinch runner Erik Gonzalez. Eric Haase was next and he doubled into the left field corner on a 3-2 pitch to drive in Gonzalez with the tying run. An error on the play allowed Haase to take third base as the go ahead run. Mangum got ahead of Anthony Santander 1-2, but Santander sent a grounder up the first base line for a double. The Rattlers thought the ball was foul, but the call wasn't going to be overturned and the Captains had a 4-3 lead. Max Walla singled with one out in the bottom of the ninth inning, but Wisconsin could not stage a comeback. Sunday was the first time the Timber Rattlers have lost when leading a game heading into the ninth inning. Wisconsin had been 27-0 in that situation prior to Sunday's loss. The final game of the series is Monday afternoon at Time Warner Cable Field at Fox Cities Stadium. Johnny Hellweg is the scheduled starting pitcher for the Timber Rattlers. Lake County taps Ryan Merritt (5-8, 3.62) as their scheduled starter. Game time is 12:05pm. Monday is a Qdoba Q*Monday. Purchase a lunch entrée at either Qdoba location in Appleton and receive a free ticket to any Monday home game during the 2013 season. Plus, as a day game, The Rattlers, Baker Tilly, WVBO, & WNAM also present a bonus Businesspersons Special for this Monday matinee. Show your business card at the ticket window and receive a ticket for a box seat, your choice of beverage, and your choice of brat or hotdog for $11.50. This offer is also available to fans 55 & older. Also, the Timber Rattlers invite members of their Silver Foxes Club to come out and participate in a Senior Stroll from 10:30am to 11:30am before the game. If you're not a member, you may join for free as long as you are aged 55 or older. And the first 1,000 fans to attend the game will receive a poster of Timber Rattlers shortstop Orlando Arcia. This is poster number eight in a series of ten from Dunkin Donuts that have been given away during the 2013 season. If you can't make it out to the stadium, there are several ways to catch the action. Time Warner Cable SportsChannel has the television broadcast starting at noon. The radio broadcast is on AM1280, WNAM or IHeartRadio starting with the Miller Lite Pregame Show at 11:45am. Monday's game is also available to subscribers of MiLB.TV. HOME RUNS: LC: Joe Sever (4th, 0 on in 9th inning off Taylor Mangum, 1 out) WIS: Victor Roache (10th, 0 on in 5th inning off Robbie Aviles, 1 out) Parker Berberet (5th, 1 on in 5th inning off Robbie Aviles, 1 out) WP: Benny Suarez (2-2) LP: Taylor Mangum (2-5) TIME: 2:22 ATTN: 2,283 Wisconsin Boxscore This game was an incredible let down. Jorge Lopez continues his slow and steady climb towards respectability, his season ERA is down to 5.43. Nothing about his stat line is going to jump out other than just 3 hits and the 1 ER, but he did have the good curve ball today. Taylor Mangum who was coming off the best outing his career got tuned up, giving up 6 hits including 2 doubles and a homer which led to 3 runs. Victor Roache continues to struggle in the OF adding 2 more errors, though he misplayed more balls than that, however as mentioned above Victor did hit another HR. Wisconsin managed to collect 6 hits, no T-Rat had a multi-hit game, both Michael Reed and Tyrone Taylor were caught stealing. Wisconsin Recap The awful 9th, in case you missed it above the Rattlers thought Santander's double was foul. Lake County Top of the 9th Logan Vick flies out to center fielder Tyrone Taylor. Joseph Sever homers (4) on a fly ball to left field. Jeremy Lucas singles on a line drive to left fielder Victor Roache. With Eric Haase batting, wild pitch by Taylor Mangum, Jeremy Lucas to 2nd. Offensive Substitution: Pinch-runner Erik Gonzalez replaces Jeremy Lucas. Eric Haase doubles (16) on a line drive to left fielder Victor Roache. Erik Gonzalez scores. Eric Haase advances to 3rd, on a fielding error by left fielder Victor Roache. Anthony Santander doubles (13) on a ground ball to right fielder Michael Reed. Eric Haase scores. Jorge Martinez lines out to left fielder Victor Roache. Yhoxian Medina pops out to catcher Parker Berberet in foul territory. Wisconsin Gameday
  5. Nelson topped out at 96 on the notorious fast ESPN gun and he wasn't exceedingly sharp missing to both sides of the plate. He only hit the glove once and both balls which were put in play were smoked. The first pitch he threw was a line out to Buxton in CF and Owings made a real nice pick on a short hopper which was the 2nd pitch to Lindor.
  6. Nelson faced the minimum. World Team Top of the 7th Ji-Man Choi flies out to CF Byron Buxton, One out. Jesus Galindo walks. Francisco Lindor grounds into a double play, SS Chris Owings to 2B Kolten Wong to 1B C.J. Cron, Jesus Galindo out at 2nd. Three out
  7. He's at least a 2 tool player and his arm will be average. He'll likely never hit for power, but his swing continues to improve. I see a floor as a solid utility guy and a ceiling of a 1st division CF for 6-7 years. Who knows, maybe he'll get in the weight improve and improve his power as his speed naturally declines. He can't steal 1st but he does things that no one else can do: I'm not normally a guy who will pimp speed prospects, because speed is the first tool to leave a player, but in this case I think he'll be very productive until his late 20s.

I'd be much more interested in promoting Taylor or Reed, Walla has just never shown the kind of power he did in his pre-draft workout that we read so much about. As a 21 year old Walla had 22 XBHs total last season... 20 year old Reed already has 24, 19 year old Taylor has 34, and as an 18 year old middle infielder Arcia in on pace to beat that total with 14. Max has played very well recently, but his career hasn't been all that inspiring.
  9. Ten first-half climbers: Southern League 1. Arismendy Alcantara, SS (Tennessee Smokies) — 2008 international signing, Cubs No. 20 What he did: .281/.355/.480, 13 HR, 23 2B, 45 RBIs, 22 steals in 25 tries in 89 games. One of the youngest regulars in the league, who will spend the entire season as a 21-year-old, Alcantara managed to rank sixth on the circuit in OPS. The Dominican Republic native broke out a bit last year with a .302/.339/.447 line in 85 games with Class A Advanced Daytona, but has shown improved patience and power this year while being a very efficient base stealer. Where he might rank now: He seems very likely to at least have worked his way up to near 10th. http://milbprospective.files.wordpress.com/2013/07/alcantara555.jpg?w=555&h=312 5. Kyle Hendricks, SP (Tennessee) — 2011 Draft, 8th round, Cubs unranked What he did: 8-3, 2.13 ERA, 81 K/24 BB in 101 1/3 innings. Hendricks’ development into a quality prospect just adds to the bounty Chicago reaped when it dealt Ryan Dempster to Texas for the 23-year-old and Christian Villanueva in 2012. With a better than 3.00 K/BB and a league-leading ERA, he’s shown his numbers between Myrtle Beach and Daytona last year (2.99 ERA, 123 strikeouts, 18 walks, 147 2/3 innings) are no fluke. Where he might rank now: The Cubs have had more than a few nice years out of their system, so not likely to get much higher than 15th, at least for now. http://milbprospective.files.wordpress.com/2013/07/hendricks555.jpg?w=555&h=312 8. Alberto Cabrera, SP (Tennessee) — 2005 international signing, Cubs No. 18 What he did: 9-3, 3.20 ERA, 107 K/39 BB in 112 2/3 innings. The Dominican Republic native has already been around forever and seen everything, it seems, but lost in tough stints at Triple-A and even the Major Leagues, and a switch last year to the bullpen, it’s easy to forget that 24 years old is still plenty young. This is the most time he’s been given at any one level in his entire career, and the stability has served him well — the 8.55 K/9 and the 3.20 ERA are some of the bests he’s ever produced as a starter. Where he might rank now: A modest jump to something like 15th could be in line. It’ll be interesting to see how he fares as a full-time starter again when he gets another full shot at Triple-A. http://milbprospective.files.wordpress.com/2013/07/cabrera555.jpg?w=555&h=312

  11. Wisconsin walks off Lake County in 12 innings Reed's Game-Winning Homer pulls Rattlers past Captains 6-4 By Chris Mehring / Wisconsin Timber Rattlers http://www.milb.com/assets/images/0/4/8/53697048/cuts/ReedWatching_875ae3bd_x2fr2djg.jpg Michael Reed heads to first as he watches his game winning home run clear the left field wall in bottom of the twelfth inning on July 13, 2013. (Ann Mollica/Wisconsin Timber Rattlers) GRAND CHUTE, WI - Stellar relief pitching and a big home run from an unexpected source gave the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers a 6-4 win over the Lake County Captains in twelve innings on Saturday night at Time Warner Cable Field at Fox Cities Stadium. Rodolfo Fernandez was excellent out of the Wisconsin bullpen to keep the game tied. Michael Reed won it for the Rattlers in the bottom of the twelfth with his first homer in over a year. Lake County (35-54 overall, 12-10 second half) scored two runs in the first inning off Rattlers starting pitcher Tyler Wagner. Logan Vick doubled off the wall in left to drive in a run. Erik Gonzalez sent Vick home with a single. The next two hitters also collected hits to load the bases with two outs, but Wagner got out of the frame with no more damage. Wisconsin (39-38, 10-12) rallied to tie the game in the bottom of the first. The first three Rattlers reached base to start the inning. Victor Roache grounded into a 5-4-3 double play to let the runner on third score. The tying run scored when Mike Garza's flyball to right was dropped for an error. The Timber Rattlers went in front with single runs in the second and third innings. Max Walla doubled to start the second. Then, Chris McFarland hit a triple to the gap in right-center and Walla cruised home. Roache crushed a 1-0 pitch to left-center with one out in the third for his ninth home run of the season and a 4-2 lead. The Captains tied the game in the top of the fourth. Dorssys Paulino lined a double to left with two outs to drive in a pair of runs to make the score 4-4. That was it for Lake County runs against Wisconsin pitchers. Wagner scattered eleven hits over eight innings and struck out eight while walking one. But, he was not involved in the decision. Fernandez took over in the top of the ninth and proceeded to pitch four scoreless innings and record eight strikeouts to keep the game tied. Wisconsin's offense struggled to get anything going after the fourth inning. Arcia doubled with two outs to put runners on second and third in the Rattlers half of the fourth, but Wisconsin did not score in that frame and didn't get a runner past second base until the twelfth. Lake County reliever Jack Wagoner, the fourth pitcher of the night for the Captains, entered the game to start the bottom of the twelfth and walked Arcia to lead off the frame. Arcia stole second base on a 1-0 pitch to get into scoring position for Reed. Reed saw the count run to 1-2 and fouled off the first 1-2 pitch. He lined a deep fly to left field on the next pitch and the ball sailed over the 16' high wall for the walkoff home run. The home run was the first of the season for Reed and his first since July 4, 2012 when he was a member of the Helen Brewers, the Pioneer League affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers. That was also the first walkoff home run by a Timber Rattlers player since Ben McMahan hit one to beat the Great Lakes Loons in the bottom of the tenth inning on July 18, 2012. Game two of the series is set for Sunday afternoon at Time Warner Cable Field at Fox Cities Stadium. Jorge Lopez (4-6, 5.37) is scheduled to start for the Timber Rattlers. Robbie Aviles (3-3, 4.05) is set to take the hill for the Captains. Game time is 1:05pm. The first 500 to attend Sunday's game will receive a magnet featuring Jonathan Lucroy from Lamers Bus Lines. This is magnet number two in a series of four that are being given away this season. Football season is almost here and the Timber Rattlers invite area fans to show their support for the team in Green Bay on Green & Gold Day! Wear Packers apparel to the game and receive $1.00 off a reserved bleacher seat when you make your purchase at the ticket window. Sunday is also a Brewers Sunday presented by 107.5, The Fan. Timber Rattlers players and coaches will be wearing Brewers-themed jerseys during the game. Plus, fans may play catch on the field for thirty minutes starting at noon. Timber Rattlers players will be available for an autograph session on the third base concourse after the game. Time Warner Cable customers can receive up to four half-priced reserved bleacher tickets when showing their TWC bill at time of ticket purchase. If you can't make it to the ballpark, tune in for the radio broadcast on AM1280, WNAM IHeartRadio starting with the Miller Lite Pregame Show at 12:45pm. Sunday's game is also available to subscribers of MiLB.TV. HOME RUNS: WIS: Victor Raoche (9th, 0 on in 3rd inning off Jake Sisco, 1 out) Michael Reed (1st, 1 on in 12th inning off Jack Wagoner, 0 out) WP: Rodolfo Fernandez (2-3) LP: Jack Wagoner (2-3) TIME: 3:18 ATTN: 5,785 Wisconsin Boxscore What a time for Michael Reed's 1st HR of the season! It looked good off the bat but I wasn't sure it was gone, however I knew it was going to be at least a game winning double. Just fantastic, especially considering how last night's game played out. Tyler Wagner and Rodolfo Fernandez combined for 16Ks on the evening, though Wagner wasn't all that sharp, he was leaving some awful fat pitches up in the zone. Fernandez got up to 94 on the stadium gun and he spent most of the night up in the zone and worked for him, Lake County hitters continually swung through high FBs and he was flipping a nice tight curve at times as welll. Victor Roache smacked a HR but had a tough night otherwise, hitting into a double play and striking out twice while committing 2 errors in the field. Orlando Arcia, Michael Reed, and Max Walla each had 2 hits and Walla has pushed his AVE up over .300. Arcia made good contact in every AB including line drives the other way on a couple of occasions, it is starting to look like he's ready to make another run. Interesting side note, the TV crew was talking about Walla translating an interview for Arcia for a "beat writer", but they didn't know from where. At any rate, I thought that speaks very well of Max. If you are a TWC subscriber I highly recommend you DVR Timber Rattlers Field Pass, just fantastic information in every episode so far this season. It would be nice if they would release the archived shows to the web after the season, but that's probably wishful thinking. In the most recent episode Tyler Robers talked about learning how to catch and hit coming into professional baseball and Martin Viramontes discussed ditching his change and focusing on his slider and curve at David Chavarria's request. I think Viramontes is one of the more intriguing relievers in the system, he's not quite Jesus Sanchez intriguing to me yet, but his power arsenal trips my trigger. Wisconsin Recap Very busy if you are so inclined, here's Fernandez' best sequence of his career. Lake County Top of the 9th Pitching Change: Rodolfo Fernandez replaces Tyler Wagner. Todd Hankins reaches on a fielding error by left fielder Victor Roache. Todd Hankins to 2nd. Dorssys Paulino strikes out swinging. Logan Vick called out on strikes. Joseph Sever called out on strikes. Lake County Top of the 10th Erik Gonzalez grounds out, shortstop Orlando Arcia to first baseman Garrett Cooper. Eric Haase strikes out swinging. Anthony Santander called out on strikes. Lake County Top of the 11th Richard Stock singles on a line drive to right fielder Max Walla. Yhoxian Medina out on a sacrifice bunt, pitcher Rodolfo Fernandez to first baseman Garrett Cooper. Richard Stock to 2nd. Todd Hankins walks. Dorssys Paulino flies out to center fielder Tyrone Taylor. Logan Vick strikes out swinging. Lake County Top of the 12th Joseph Sever called out on strikes. Erik Gonzalez lines out to center fielder Tyrone Taylor. Eric Haase strikes out swinging. 12. I have mixed feelings about this, Giacalone didn't do much with the bat but he was saving errors on a defensively challenged team, he's a very good 1B. It will be interesting to see how this works out as I am excited to see Garrett Cooper play, hopefully he's solid defensively and continues to swing it.

  22. Final: Fort Wayne (Padres) 8, Wisconsin 6 (13 innings) TinCaps escape Wisconsin with a 13-ininng win Rattlers can't push across the winning run and it costs them By Chris Mehring / Wisconsin Timber Rattlers GRAND CHUTE, WI - The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers had the majority of scoring opportunities late in Friday's game against the Fort Wayne TinCaps. But, Fort Wayne scored two runs in the top of the thirteenth inning to defeat Wisconsin 8-6 Friday night at Time Warner Cable Field at Fox Cities Stadium. Mallex Smith drew a walk to start the game for the TinCaps (50-40 overall, 7-14 second half). He stole second, his 34th stolen base of the season, and moved to third on an infield grounder. Diego Goris drove Smith home with another infield grounder and the TinCaps had the lead in the first inning. Mike Garza walked to start the Timber Rattlers half of the second inning. He stole second with one out. Max Walla knocked in Garza to tie the game with a single to right. Fort Wayne went back in front in the top of the fourth inning. Dane Phillips doubled just inside the line in left field with one out. Chris Burke followed with a home run to center and the TinCaps were up 3-1. Wisconsin (38-48, 9-12) rallied to take their first lead of the game with three runs in the bottom of the fifth. Walla and Tyler Roberts each singled with one out. Orlando Arcia tripled to left-center to drive in both runners to tie the game. Then, Alfredo Rodriguez dropped a perfect suicide squeeze bunt to let Arcia score the run that put the Rattlers up 4-3. But, Fort Wayne strung together three straight hits off Rattlers starter Eric Semmelhack in the top of the sixth to go back in front. Phillips singled with one out. Burke followed with a single that put runners on the corners. Corey Adamson singled to send Phillips home with the tying run. The hit also allowed Burke to take third and when the throw went through to third, Adamson went to second base. An RBI grounder by Luis Domoromo allowed Burke to score and the TinCaps were up 5-4. Fort Wayne added to their lead in the top of the seventh inning. Reliever Mike Strong walked Brian Adams on a close 3-2 pitch to start the inning. Smith sacrificed him to second base with a bunt. Maxx Tissenbaum singled to center and the TinCaps were up 6-4. Wisconsin loaded the bases with two outs against a pair of Fort Wayne relievers in the bottom of the eighth inning. Trevor Gott retired the first two batters of the inning. Then, Victor Roache drew a four pitch walk and Mike Garza singled. Fort Wayne brought left-handed reliever Chris Nunn into the game to face Rattler lefty Adam Giacalone. Nunn walked Giacalone on four pitches to load the bases. That brought Walla, another left-handed hitter in the Rattlers lineup to the plate. Walla cracked a single to left field to score Roache. Garza tried to score by Domoromo's throw to the plate was in time for the third out of the inning and the Rattlers were down 6-5 heading to the ninth. Arcia got the rally started in the bottom of the ninth inning with a one out single against Fort Wayne closer Roman Madrid. He stole second to get into scoring position. Rodriguez singled to center and Arcia raced home with the tying run. Rodriguez took second on the throw to the plate so the TinCaps elected to walk Michael Reed intentionally to set up a potential double play. Tyrone Taylor stepped in and sent a fly ball down the left field line. Domoromo ran it down with a fine running catch for the second out of the inning. Victor Roache was the last out of the inning as he was ruled to have gone around on a check swing for strike three. Walla picked up his fourth hit of the night with a two out double in the bottom of the tenth. Roberts battled Madrid to a full count and sent a bloop to shallow right-center, but Adamson raced in to make a sliding, game-saving catch to send the game to the eleventh. Rodriguez doubled with one out in the bottom of the eleventh against Matt Chabot, the sixth Fort Wayne pitcher of the night. The TinCaps again walked Reed to set up the double play. Taylor scalded a slicing, one-hopper to short that Tyler Stibblefield dove to stop and turn into an inning-ending double play. Neither team threatened in the twelfth inning. Taylor Wall, Wisconsin's fourth pitcher of the game, gave up back-to-back singles to start the TinCaps thirteenth. A sacrifice bunt moved the runners up a base. Wisconsin elected to walk the next batter to load the bases for a potential inning ending double play of their own. Wall went to a full count with Domoromo and just missed with the 3-2 pitch to force in the go ahead run. Fort Wayne added an insurance run when Stubblefield's line drive deflected off the glove of Wall and the Rattlers got a force play at second. Rodriguez doubled with two outs in the bottom of the thirteenth, but Chabot got the final out of the game to deny the Rattlers a three-game sweep of the TinCaps. The Timber Rattlers continue their homestand on Saturday night with game one of a series with the Lake County Captains, the Midwest League affiliate of the Cleveland Indians. Tyler Wagner (7-7, 3.63) is the scheduled starting pitcher for Wisconsin. Lake County has Jake Sisco (4-6, 3.69) as their scheduled starter. Game time is 6:35pm. HOME RUN: FW: Chris Burke (4th, 1 on in 4th inning off Eric Semmelhack, 1 out) WP: Matt Chabot (3-1) LP: Taylor Wall (1-2) TIME: 3:59 ATTN: 3,337 Wisconsin Boxscore Since I pimp Tyrone Taylor quite a bit I'll lead off with this, he had "A League of Their Own" moment in the 6th. He had no chance to get the runner going to 3rd but threw that way anyway, allowing an insurance run to move up to 2nd. When Taylor threw ball I yelled at the TV (yes I was into an A ball game) and then instantly thought of this clip, one of my favorites. Other than throwing to the wrong base, Taylor had a pretty decent game, and that play didn't cost the T-Rats as Eric Semmelhack got out of the inning without that run scoring. Alfredo Rodriguez has been on a some kind of tear, he's hit in 8 of his last 10 going 3-6 and with 2 2B in the game. Max Walla also had a heck of a game, he went 4-6 with a 2B. Orlando Arcia had the other multi-hit game going 2-6 with the huge 3B covered above. Michael Strong and Jonathan Armold pitched well. Wisconsin Recap The T-Rats 5th featured a couple of plays which I was worried might have been the difference in the game and when the game went to extras this inning became my focus: I didn't understand playing for 1 run with a pitcher on the ropes, then TinCaps' SS Tyler Stubblefield made a great defensive play knocking down Taylor's single on the edge of the IF to hold Reed at 3B which cost the T-Rats a run. Wisconsin Bottom of the 5th Adam Giacalone strikes out swinging. Max Walla singles on a line drive to center fielder Mallex Smith. Tyler Roberts singles on a line drive to left fielder Luis Domoromo. Max Walla to 2nd. Orlando Arcia triples (2) on a fly ball to center fielder Mallex Smith. Max Walla scores. Tyler Roberts scores. Alfredo Rodriguez out on a sacrifice bunt, pitcher Matthew Shepherd to first baseman Diego Goris. Orlando Arcia scores. Michael Reed singles on a ground ball to left fielder Luis Domoromo. With Tyrone Taylor batting, Michael Reed steals (21) 2nd base. Tyrone Taylor singles on a ground ball to shortstop Tyler Stubblefield. Michael Reed to 3rd. Victor Roache pops out to first baseman Diego Goris. Wisconsin Gameday
