    That interview was hilarious. He really liked to say "to be honest" or some derivative. He completely made Selena Roberts into the devil, basically saying she wanted to kidnap his girls...lulz. I can't wait to see if what he said of Roberts is true. And he keeps saying he was experimenting and didn't know what crap he was taking. Sure, OK Alex. I think there will be more blowback from this interview if the media asks the right questions and doesn't bury it. Alex said he is afraid of the effects they drugs could have on his body. Well, if you were so concerned wouldn't you want to know? Study what the drugs could do? Even if he truly didn't know what he was taking wouldn't you go back to your "dealer" after you stopped and asked what you put into my body? FAIL!

    Andre Dawson won his MVP with the Cubs. Does he identify himself as a Cub? He was pretty darn good with the Expos. Just as good. I have a couple of Cubbie friends who are offended he didn't get in. I agree with them. It's just they are Cubs fans and act like he ONLY played for that craptacular team. /sorry for the rant but Hot Stove has been getting me worked up //i prefer to think of Dawson as an Expo/Cub

    MLB Network has that awesome Cubs/Pirates extra innings game on now. Something else happened that day. Yount hit a bottom of the 9th home to win 11-8. That game was better:) I heart Yount!

    I have not posted in a while. Have watched things develop. Why is Sveum the hitting coach? This strikes me as insane. Keep him at all costs for some reason I can't think of. How has he proven to be a hitting coach? It's weird.

    I am a little freaked out about this. Before DM there was Jack and I have a feeling of doom. Not major doom. A tinge of doom. I like Melvin but always had in the back of my mind that Jack would be our GM. Good Luck JZ!!

    Enough with the 82 Brewers. ENOUGH! What other team is so psycho about having past players be coaches? Honest question. Just because they were on the 82 team doesn't make them baseball savants. It doesn't make them great coaches. It really is getting beyond ridiculous. If I take stab, I am positive Don Money will be the next manager because he, is like, well, he's Don Money! Hopefully Yount will be the 3rd base coach. Molly at 1st. Augustine will be the pitching coach and Gumby will take on a new coaching spot not yet created. Probably malapropism coach.
