    There is absolutely no way Gagne gives up this lead.. 1 or 2 runs maybe.

    It didn't even dawn on me there to being in a Lefty. Still a 3 run lead.. and if the LOOGY does get Fukodome do you bring in T-bow to pitch to the righty? So bringing in the lefty wouldn't be a bad move but unnecessary in my opinion with a 3 run lead.

    Again, bite me. If you don't like my pessimism then put me on ignore. How about you go root for the Cubs? You would be a much better fit with all of your optimism. This is our year big guy! Thanks.. you just gave me my signature line for when we clinch the division this year..

    Very disappointing game.. the bright side is that this isn't football so we only have to wait a day for another game.. the brighter side it is not blacked out on Extra Innings so us Wisconsin refugees can watch it.. see you all then..

    Don't tell me what to do. If this team keeps playing like crap then it's not going to matter who comes back. Be a baby and go root for the cubs.. just trying to point out that things are not that bad right now.. like talking to my 18 year old brother who doesn't remember how bad the Packers were before Brett Favre..

    JJ, I totally agree with you.. of the 10 losses this year you can hang 7 of them on the offense being horrible so far.. tough to pitch 10 innings not being able to even let 1 run score..

    I disagree.. because no matter what you have your corners in and it wasn't hit hard enough for hardy to turn it if he was playing back.. I kind of becasue Billy would have got the ball and not Hardy. Tough anyway. Yes.. but you could argue Billy should have taken it anyway.. if the IF is entirely back there they don't get the double play either as that ball is hit to slow..

    Good point.. the whole problem with this inning is walking the lead off hitter..

    I'm pretty sure you have to announce who you are PHing for when the player is announced, I don't think you can change your mind afterwards. Yes.. but then at the end of the inning you announce that Mota is coming in for Hardy..

    Apparently when you play 11 - 12 innings each night you do need 14 pitchers..
