    Now we'll get to see the difference between the Cubs and Brewers. We get our lead off man on in the 8th inning and fail to score, and I bet the Cubs will find a way to drive in Cedeno after the lead off walk. Hope like hell I'm wrong, but i doubt it.

    Hate to be pessimistic, but outside of Lee, do we have a clutch player on our team? Notice how all of our HR's are solo shots. We've got to be the worst franchise over the past year and a half at driving in runs with runners in scoring position. Frustrating!

    Well I guess Sheets won't even get the chance to give the lead back.

    Well, who wants to be that Sheets goes back out there and gives the lead back to the Cubs this half inning!

    Well, this game is looking similar to last week's game with Sheets on the mound. We come back to tie the game, and Sheets goes out and gives back the lead the very next half inning. Does anyone think that he might be better off slowing himself down. It's starting to bother me that he basically gets the ball back from the catcher and throws it without much thought.

    Every time we tie the game up, they get another run. This game is very, very frustrating thus far! Let's hope Sheets can shut them down.

    Damn't - pitch around Ramirez in that situation! Why give him something to hit?

    Why would we wear blue jersey's when it's 90 degrees outside?? How dumb is that? Wouldn't we want to take advantage of being the home team in this heat and at least wear our white's?

    Can we please find a RF better than Jenks and Magruder?? Please!!! It's an automatic out these days whenever our RF comes to the plate. This should be one of your better hitting positions.

    Wow, looking at that box score from last year has me jealous! Can we get Jeff Liefer back in uniform! Maybe he can get a big run scoring base hit for us. 7 runs on 14 hits. Man, I would kill for one of those games right now. Just for a point of reference, that last time we scored 7 runs or more was June 3rd when we beat the Dodgers 7-5. Of course that was in the middle of a dreadful 2-5 West Coast roady.

    When do the Arizona Brewers play today? I thought I remember those games going on during the day, but may be wrong. Also, aren't box scores from this league hard to come by?

    Well, it would seem that we have enough scrubs in our AAA starting rotation, that Eveland, Sarfate, and Parra could all get the call up at the same time.

    I hope I don't jinx Dana, but it appears that he is dealing again today, so my question is: How long until this guy gets his ticket to AAA? Didn't he pitch at HVille last year also, so shouldn't he be ready for the call up? Let's get this guy on the fast track, since we really don't have any starting pitchers in AAA that can be called "true prospects" anymore.

    By my count, it looks like we drafted 8 native canadians this year. I would suspect that might be a little more than last year's draft. I too hope that this scouting up north works out for us. It would be nice to discover the next Larry Walker, Morneau, or Gagne.

    What are we to make of all of these Canadians drafted in the past couple of years. I realize that Ash and Melvin are both native Canadians, but should we really be drafting this many guys from north of the border? Even a number of the guys we drafted from the juco ranks are native canadians. Are Ash and Melvin trying to show loyalty to their country, or are all of these guys really legit prospects? I have faith in both of these guys, but I'm just a little surprsied that we are focusing so much on guys from a country that isn't known for baseball. Curious to hear others opinions on this?

    So, when does round 4 start? How many rounds are today?

    One interesting matchup to watch tonight is Peavy vs. Jenkins. If you remember, Jenkins hit 3 HR's off of Peavy in a game a couple of years ago at Miller Park. Granted, Peavy is a much better pitcher now than he was back in '03, but hopefully Jenkins can do some damage tonight with the stick, and not just his glove.

    Sorry if i missed a post on this, but where has Krynzel been the past couple of days? Is he just getting some time off or did he hurt himself?
