  1. When you hit jump, you enter the page number you want to go to.
  2. Great start to the day! Lets keep it up!
  3. Now lets hope that we don't call off the dogs yet and keep going after 'em. I think we all remember what has happened when we've jumped out to good leads right off the bat.
  4. Getting a win today to put some pressure on the Cubs tonite would be nice. Lets start building up that lead again. Hopefully, the Cubs spent so much energy catching us and were so happy to have finally caught, they'll start falling back.
  5. I don't know if attendance will drop. Most of the tickets have already been sold. People may not show up, but that's about it.
  6. I don't think Kremblas would have much of a shot since he has no big league experience. You might as well stick with Yost in that situation. IMO, unless the Brewers finish under .500, Yost will be back. However, based on the fact that they were were at least 14 games over .500 at various points this season, if they struggled out of the gate next year or even were just hovering around .500 next year, I think he'd be fired during the season.
  7. WHOAA!!! Go Prince!! That was a shot!
  8. That looked real pretty. Nice job Rowand!
  9. It's a young team that hasn't experienced this type of pressure yet, and a few key cogs of this team haven't played this many games in a season because of injuries, learning by watching, etc. Let's see if this team completely folds or learns on the run. So far they haven't done a great job, but there are still plenty of games left to turn it around.
  10. It's a long season. If the Crew wins their next 2 or 3, everyone will be cheering them on again. There's still plenty of games left and as everyone says, anything can happen. My concern is this: I don't think the Cubs are on a hot streak right now. I think they finally figured it out and they are going to play this way the rest of the year. Playing this good for this long isn't a hot streak, it's the sign of a good ballclub-something we do not have at the moment. I'm still excited for the rest of the season because it could always be like the last 14 seasons-under .500 or not really in contention. We're still in the thick of it kids, lets not forget that.
  11. In Houston, the Chargers lead has been cut to 15-11 by the Texans. Houston got 7 in the 4th and 3 in the 5th. Has any team ever come back from being down 11 before they even got up to hit?
  12. I checked weather.com and it doesn't look like there will be any rain staying for awhile. Looks like it's just a quick shower.
  13. If they checked the ball at LaRussa's request, it just shows how big of a jerk the guy can be.
  14. Why are they making a big deal of 4 innings of no-hit ball? Irritating. That's right up there with being up by 6 runs early. IT DOESN'T MATTER!! There are 9 innings in a game.
  15. Teach her some of the players names and what position they play. That's what I did with my girl and now she's starting to figure things out for herself without me having to explain everything.
  16. Which has the higher odds: The Brewers not scoring here or Larussa getting tossed?
  17. I pray we can actually do something with this. 2 on, 0 out. What's are the odds of not scoring a run?
