    The thing is, even if they lose this game and the division lead drops to 4.5 games, it's still the biggest division lead of anyone in the NL.

    At least ESPN is starting to mention "perfect game" after every other word when they're giving updates for this game...it's bound to get jinxed soon.

    *sigh* Peaks and valleys, peaks and valleys. I'm just wondering how low this valley will get. As for the rainout rule, it can still get rained out assuming it doesn't get through 5 complete innings. After that, it becomes a suspended game.

    Here's a little perspective -- even after losing three straight, the Brewers are still tied for the best record in the NL, and they're still at .500 on the road.

    Well, weather.com's hourly forecast is saying the thunderstorms will stop at around 9 PM ET, but there will still be a few showers until Midnight ET. Hopefully there's a few windows to get a game in. If not, I'm sure we'll find a way to blame Turnbow. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif Edit: AJ Love beat me to it.

    What really really stinks about this one is that he was only a couple pitches away from turning in a pretty good 2 innings...one pitch and it all went to crap. I would say last night's crapfest was vintage Turn-blow...this was a little more bad luck than anything. He was tiring and was bound to hang one up there. At least we probably won't see Turnbow for the rest of this series considering how many pitches he's thrown in back-to-back nights.

    Ballsy to keep Turnbow in, but at least they're not throwing Dessens out there for long relief. I personally would've gone with CoCo for an inning or two and then let Villanueva figure it out from there, but I guess we'll have to see what happens.
