    I could care less about the HR's, so that's not what this is about, but Prince is reeling big time at the plate right now. He's taking some bad hacks at baseballs, and popping up far too much. Everybody needs to level swings out, and start driving the baseball!

    Well said. Last night wasn't a case of just managing, or pitching, or hitting, or defense, but rather a case of everything possible not going well. Put it behind, and wake the bats up today against Harang.

    I hope you weren't referring to me. I just like good pitching matchups. I'm not some puppet for the national media. Absolutely not referring to anyone in particular. I just didn't think a thread like this would pop up on Bf.net. And don't get me wrong, I can see the kid being a pretty good pitcher going forward, but it's been one start. One.

    Duke was a soft-tosser that the league caught up to. Cueto's got a decent fastball (95 mph) with great movement and a deceptive delivery. I think he's going to be a #2-#3-type starter for quite a while. You never know, though. Wasn't a comparison of "stuff" but rather one of how a guy everybody was tripping over themselves for, can't even land a steady job.

    I know the guy is a "stud" prospect who is coming to his own, but it's been ONE start. Usually on this board I can avoid the over-blown national media, but apparently not with this guy. Anybody remember Zach Duke?

    I know Larry K isn't officially gone as of yet, but the general feeling is that he will be right after the season. This would be too good to be true.

    It kept saying something about the seats I requested are unavailable at this time, or a second message saying due to high volumes the page I'm requesting can't be displayed. I just kept hitting continue and then finally I got some seats. Is it not even letting you into the room?

    I was lucky enough to get two behind home plate in the 5th row of the second deck for 50 each or so. Like others, I couldn't get through for about 10 minutes, then all of a sudden, there they were.

    I get mad when shows I like to watch in HD are not HD available for whatever reason. Like on Tuesday night, special CSI Miami, I set my DVR on the HD channel, but came home to findout CBS 58 had been running their election tracker messing up the HD broadcast. In hindsight, I can't believe I actually got mad about that.

    I was down at the game today too, went into The Cubby Bear before the game, and was pleasantly surprised to see a lot of Brewers fans in there. We sat on the rooftop at 1032 Waveland, where Rickie's HR came right to us, what an awesome seat, not too far away at all! From our vantage point of the whole stadium, there was hardly the 39k announced in attendance today. It was a joke, there were empty seats everywhere all game long, by the end there couldn't have been 10,000 people there.

    Has anyone sat in the rooftop seats down at Wrigley before? I'm sitting in the 1032 Waveland seats, and have no clue what to expect? Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

    A quick camera shot of Turnbow yesterday showed him a little upset to be on the pine in the10th. I don't think it's a knock on him, but rather just a testament to how deep the pen really is this year.

    Seeing Kendall run down Fukudome on the basepath was a welcome sight. If Estrada would have tried that, a nap and a cold beverage would have been in order somewhere around the pitchers mound on his way out.

    Ahhh, yea, I've had bad experiences with BORING fans up at Bayshore's Bar Louie. It's too bad there's no "place" where Brewer fans go to catch a game.

    In fairness, slugging and BA are just two things. Tony's speed and defense should be enough to land him a starting job somewhere, as he also has a really good head about the game.
