  1. The Harry Carey impression is amazing. "I'm standing here in beautiful Wisconsin, Ohio."
  2. Thank God McGehee didn't sign that extension.
  3. I like Joey Votto even more now that I heard his walkup music.
  4. Three batters, three balls that were crushed.
  5. Telly Hughes interviewing Bruce Froemming = must turn off TV.
  6. Bob's Burgers is the worst show I've ever seen. I've watched five episodes trying to get into it and haven't laughed once.
  7. Nice job by the ump calling strikes off the corner.
  8. If the play has a chance to be close, I'm fine with sending him but there was no chance that play was going to be close. He was out by at least 20 feet, probably more. At the very least you hold Fielder and clear Betancourt so he doesn't have to lead off the 9th.
  9. Ugh, I know Betancourt is coming up next but he was out by 30 damn feet.
  10. Jennings is pretty awful. I don't know what's exciting about watching awful players, which is what most of the Bucks are.
  11. I don't really have a problem with them playing catcher. Especially Mauer who can get days off at catcher and still be the DH.
  12. Reds just lost to the Phillies in 19 innings and have to play again in less than 12 hours. Both bullpens are shredded. Phillies ran out of pitchers and had to use Wilson Valdez who got the win. Jose Arredondo, who just came off of Tommy John surgery I believe threw 13 pitches, Bill Bray threw 11, Nick Masset threw 22, Francisco Cordero threw 27, Logan Ondrusek threw 22 and Carlos Fisher threw 95.
  13. The only reason they could possibly bring him back is his "defensive flexibility." It's hard to use that as a reason though considering he didn't play in the infield (that I can remember) when he was here other than maybe 1st base and he's a crappy defender anyways, so I'd rather have him not playing the field. So yeah, DFA him and DFA Nieves when Morgan is ready to come back hopefully.
