I have no idea why they're opening the roof. I'd imagine it's like an oven in MP right now though. How stupid is it that MP doesn't have air conditioning?

Just wait. It's almost pitch black by me.

I'm in Waukesha County and there's thunder and lightning right now.

I'd probably take a compensation pick over Rivas and if Hardy plays well he'll end up a type A free agent in the American League so it would take quite a bit more than Rivas if I was McPhail.

I don't think Lucroy tagged him. Thanks for saving two more runs, Carlos.

Holy crap this umpire is terrible.

How about you give the Brewers the low strike, moron?

Marcum looks like crap tonight. Can't put anyone away.

    This umpire blows.

Yankees just took Bichette Jr. with the 51st pick.

Some thoughts on this game. 1. Rome needs to be suspended for the rest of the series. 2. This has been an amazing game even though it's a blowout. 3. I thought for sure the best moment of the game would be Tim Thomas knocking Henrik Sedin on his ass. 4. I thought wrong because Milan Lucic took his glove off and was trying to stick it in Alexandre Burrows' mouth. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/laugh.gif

What? College players don't "bring up" system rankings up. The best talent does, they don't care if it's high school, college or junior college.

Just don't make him change his delivery.

That Springer pick by Houston is pretty bad.

I hate not having MLB Network. The MLB.com feed is garbage. Lagging and freezing every 10 seconds.

    Bye Baez.

Wow. D'Backs take Archie Bradley with their unprotected pick. Ballsy move.

First round begins at 6 Central, not 7 as it says in the title.

If they were traded would Melvin get quality prospects in return? The last time he traded an impending free agent that would have given us two draft picks he gave up Lee and Cruz and got back back Cordero, Mench and Nix. That's not exactly quality prospects or even quality major league players.

I think they're talking about his declining strikeout rate. It was near 10 per 9 innings his first two years and down to 8.5 this year. It doesn't really concern me however so I'd be fine with Jungmann.
