    No way I'd do that. Francis is nice but nothing special and Atkins and Holliday aren't very good away from Coors Field. I pretty much agree that Braun is untouchable unless we get like a young ace (Hamels, Verlander type) and a position player (like a Rollins, Utley or Granderson)

Not a big fan of taking away time from Hart though. Maybe a few starts a week in CF and RF but I'm not in favor of a complete platoon like Jenkins and Mench in LF.

    The play that sums this game up is when Estrada let a pitch that was just off the corner about knee high get right by him. He completely missed it. This team is beyond pathetic.

    Was anybody watching the news on channel 4? They had an interview with Ned being all pissed off yelling something like " I have confidence in Cappy and he deserves another chance. Just one more chance what does that hurt?" Then a reporter asks him if he knew the Brewers lost 15 straight Capuano starts and he said "I know he's lost 15 straight starts. What do you think I am stupid?" Trying so hard to not make a joke at the last sentence.

    Ahh the earthquake strikezone. Outstanding. I wish Hall would get the day off over Hart. Don't care who you put in CF either Gross or Hart but ugh Hall is horrible and now I'm rambling.

    It has to do with sacrifice flies. On base percentage is calculated by Hits+walks+hit by pitches divided by at bats+walks+hit by pitches+sacrifice flies. In Braun's case he was 6-27 (.222 batting average) but he didn't have any walks or hit by pitches but he did have 1 sacrifice fly so instead of keeping it 6-27 you divide 6 by 28 for a .214 OBP.

    So I've come to the conclusion that Parra is Capuano's personal long reliever. So you might as well start him because I don't think he'd give up 7 runs in 4.1 innings or whatever the hell Cappy gave up today. He's going to end up pitching at least 5 innings in Capuano's starts anyways so why not?

    Yeah it may look like we're losing a lot but players will be in arby who were making the minimum and other players who have contracts will get raises so it's not as much as you think.

    I say you break into the kids house and find his birth certificate. Seriously though. Call them out on it. If they're going to take it out on another team for trying to make it an even playing field would you even want your kid playing in that type of league?

    I would to. But at age 4 I'm not sure. Maybe if the kids were a little older but I don't really think a Brewery Tour is at the top of a 4 year olds list of things to do.

    But these are younger kids on vacation. Do you really think they're going to want to go on a Brewery Tour? I mean it's great if they do want to I just can't imagine that being close to the top of their list.

    Don't know anything about the hotel but I do know it's about 1.5 miles from Miller Park and you'll have to drive it. Which isn't that bad because there isn't much in the way of hotels or anything for that matter around Miller Park.
