Right-hander Yovani Gallardo, who had arthroscopic surgery on his left knee at the start of spring training, will make his first minor-league rehabilitation start Friday for Class AAA Nashville at New Orleans.

"He's doing very well," said assistant general manager Gord Ash. "The plan is for him to make three starts with Nashville."

Under that plan, Gallardo would rejoin the Brewers' rotation on April 19, or thereabouts, in Cincinnati.

GOOD NEWS!

Very good news, both for the Brewers and for my fantasy team. = P

Can't wait to see Yo in action!

Wow, where did some of those pitches miss? Does Fukudome have some like bionic eye that he can detect balls and strikes before they're even called that he was able to lay off those? Sheesh.

The batting order pays off again - Kendall leads off next inning. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

Nice catch Gywnn!

I only have the radio. Is it one that Gross would have gotten, or probably not?

He maybe could have gotten there, but he probably would have fallen down or dropped it
