Gallardo Bobblehead Day

I looked at the Snappers schedule and noticed this game starts at 4 instead of 1. I know some of you, like BHF always go to these games. What time are you planning on getting there? Last year I got there at about 6 for the Fielder day and I was near the front of the line. Think people will still get there that early or can I get some extra sleep?

I plan to still get there early 6-7 AM. I was there at 7am for fielder last year. I would have been there sooner but I got lost with the road construction and over slept a few minutes.

 

Usually I bring my laptop so I have something to do. And I like to get in line early anyways for stuff like this. Don't know if they have outlets though outside Pohlman Field?

 

You probably could sleep in some and still be in under the 500 mark without any problems since they game is a few hours later. Maybe sleep in till 7 or 8 and then hit the road depending on were you live.

What sucks is this is the same day as Braun's bobblehead in Milwaukee. I already have tickets for that so I will have to skip Gallardo.

I was thinking about that too. If anyone is interested, I would be willing to trade an extra Gallardo for a pinstripe Braun since I can't get to that game.

I gave my 5 tickets for Braun to a friend that lives in Milwaukee who will go get them for me. The bad thing is If he gets a retro he will keep it and claim it was on his ticket that he got it with lolz.

i have a connection for the beloit bobble giveaways and may be getting a few if so i will post and let everyone know. would also trade for pinstripe braun. but since thats a few months away ill remind everyone when the time comes.

rickieweeksjr, you got there at 6? i must have been talking to you, because i was first in line, i sometimes am, because i usually get there right at 6 or a little after, i like to be under the cover...

Yeah I was there early. I was there when that dude came and put those two pieces of paper on the fence saying he was first in line, then left.

I remember hearing you guys talk about that person Wish I would have gotten there sooner to see that. Didn't someone in the front of the line and maybe it was you bhf I forget tear down those signs and throw them away? lol.

It was some little kid that tore them down. I think I remember he spit on them too. I've been to players lot before, but I don't really go there all the time. I try to make it when I have enough time though.

ya those two, the kid that loves matt wise, they need to stop going all the time, they ruin it for everyone else...

Yep he loves Wise and his sister loves Shouse. She and a older woman are always wearing their autographed Shouse jerseys.

 

I even sat 3 rows behind them at a Twins game at the Metrodome last year.

 

The only reason I can see that she does not need to be at the lot is because she is not that attractive.

because players see the same people there all the time for 81 home games, and get sick of signing for the same people...then when some of us that aren't able to get there all that much want to get autographs, the players sometimes won't sign because they know that they have already signed for people present. i don't mean to make it deragatory to them, i wish i had that kind of time, but i just don't...
