Home vs Road - Brewers vs Cardinals vs Chubs

Gotta be pretty happy at 11-6 with only 6 home games so far.

Cardinals are 12-6 but have played 11 of 18 at home...Chubs are 11-6, but have played 11 of 17 at home.

We've only played 6 at home plus we've gone on the road to Chicago, New York, St. Louis and Cincy. Yikes. Those aren't easy places to play.

I think once the Chubs and Cardinals get on the road, their "real" identities will finally be known...

I thought there was a chance that the Brewers could finish below .500 for April, so I am certainly happy to see where they are right now.

On top of the home/road differential, the Cards have played SF twice, Houston, Washington, and Colorado (yeah, they're the NL champs, but they've been less than impressive). Cubs have played Pitt twice and Houston.

Yeah, I like our position right now.

Brewers are also currently tied for 3rd best record in the league with the leagues 3rd toughest schedule. The only two teams with tougher schedules are San Fran and Colorado who have done enough losing to boost their opponents win %. The Cardinals currently have the 20th toughest schedule while the cubs have the 15th.

all of this will be moot unfortunately if Sheets is on DL

Yes, fire raining from the sky, the oceans opening up, the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse will begin racing in the middle of the 6th in lieu of the Sausages at MP, etc etc
