If anyone noticed, Fielder changed mitts sometime after that dropped throw. I noticed earlier in the season that his mitt looked ragged and like something taken out of somebody's attic.

Why would you put a PLUS outfielder at first base so that you can but a liability in the outfield... Hart will be in the outfield from now on.

Bad pitching and defense > good offense.

 

More than anything this season, I am disappointed in the 3-4-5 spots in the rotation. I was a true believer that we had enough depth...perhaps I was in error.
