All I have to say is I hope that Braun can figure out his defense in AAA in the next couple months. This lineup would look a lot more potent with him in it instead of the Grounsell platoon.

I'm so excited for tomorrow; can't wait to settle in my seat and reacquainted with the game after a long winter.

 

I think I need to pinch myself. This year...my team is favored to win the division...to go to the playoffs...could be a championship contender.

Every single year I find myself full of hope. Sans a few "decent" years the Brewers have always sucked. Last year was the most excited about a team since '05. They let me down. Just like '04. Don't get me started about '03. That made the excitement of '02 seem like '01. Sigh, not like '00 though.

 

Point is, the excitement and hope always builds, builds, builds, builds, builds, builds, until I feel like this!!!

 

Go Brewers, because this year actually feels like a year of winning and good times. So everybody enjoy the excitement and the new season. This could be the one. Until '08.

Raven, that's one of the best quotes ever. Those 4 guys all looked impressive today. Rickie and Billy smoking the ball as always, Prince is amazing going to left, but most impressive to me was JJ's pop. Man, was the ball flying off his bat, he had some nice dingers.

Ah the first in-game thread of the season that counts! Seems like its been forever. The excitement is almost unbearable.
