Page refreshing/loading

Having a problem with it today -- am I the only one? I have to refresh each page manually when I view it to get the new comments/posts.

 

I click on the link to a given page, and it loads up as normal, but doesn't show any new posts or edits. For that, I have to do a manual refresh. It's not like I can't see everything, it's just tedious. I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem. I already logged out & in, and that hasn't done anything to solve the problem.

Having the same problem. Also getting logged out when returning to Main topic pages. Works better in the Firefox browser though. Seems to be an IE problem.

I haven't ever had this problem, and the only browser we have at work is IE. I use FFox at home. Just trying to shed some more light on the subject.

It's a documented ongoing bug that doesn't affect everybody and pops up on a hit or miss basis. It's been going on since the move to the new data center.

 

I'm surprised we haven't heard from members earlier. It appears that Brewerfan has been relatively untouched by some of the recent issues after the move.

Still happened a bit, but not as frequently for me.

Yuku staff member Alison reported about an hour and a half ago that some fixes have been implemented. Please note if things have gotten better or if they're still the same.

 

Also, I should have mentioned this before, but it's always a good idea to include your browser and operating system when reporting any kind of Internet-related issue. That helps developers to track down the source of a problem.

 

In this particular case, I've seen reports of this issue occurring in IE and Safari.

I use IE exclusively, sorry I didn't mention it early. No problems since I got home, but I've "only" been catching up on my reading for 30 minutes or so.

Things are definitely better. Seems 100% fine now.
