Lineup:

2B Joe Dillon

CF Gabe Kapler

LF Ryan Braun

1B Prince Fielder

RF Corey Hart

3B Bill Hall

SS J.J. Hardy

C Jason Kendall

RHP Jeff Suppan

Is anyone else surprised to see Weeks out of the lineup once again? With an off day last Thursday, and another one tomorrow, it's obviously not because he needs rest. It always seems to me that Yost likes to "stick with his guy," and he's definitely not doing that with Rickie. Is Joe Dillon really hitting that much better than Weeks?

I would really love to see us avoid the sweep today. What good are back-to-back sweeps if we just go out and get swept again?

I just read that in the Major League Forum and was going to come back in to answer my own question. That makes sense. So sorry to second guess you, Ned! http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

All I know is I hope Cameron comes in for defense late if the Brewers are up by just a couple runs. What I don't get is that Yost has said Cameron is a streaky player, yet this is the third game this week he's sitting him. How is he supposed to get on a hot streak with irregular playing time?

i could swear we were just 4 games over 500. and then Villy got pulled. i've been depressed since, on my couch with the curtains closed, listening to depressing music and eating sleeve after sleeve of girl scout cookies.

please, help me snap out of this funk, joe dillon. (did i just ask JD to save me from depression? wow, we are desperate. prove me wrong Joe D!)

Yeah, well that answered my question that I didn't ask last night about if the 2nd baseman is the leadoff hitter. Thanks Ned. Apparently, in your mind, it doesn't matter if Prince is playing 2nd, the 2nd baseman leads off. I am going to watch this game, but am seriously wondering why? I have this feeling in the pit of my stomach that they will lose, and now that I've seen the Sunday best lineup, it could be REALLY bad. But, yet, I'll still watch. Either I'm a fan, a glutton for punishment, or both.

I don't like that name "Riillo's Rants" for Jeff's pre-game segment. He isn't ranting.

No news on the chat other than what I posted in Issues late last night.

That’s the only thing Chicago’s good for: to tell people where Wisconsin is.

I really don't think it's a great idea to have your outfielder with the best range out of the lineup in 2 out of 3 games in the largest outfield in the majors.

Go Brewers.

I don't mind Dillon leading off with Weeks out of the lineup. There's that veteran leadership from Kapler!

What the piss is he doing? Jeesh, even a promising inning has to have a big turd stain in the middle of it.
