8/25/06 NON Brewers game thread

Ok, I have read that someone else is supposed to start the Brewers Marlins thread. So I will start this one. Somethin fun, I will list all NL and you tell me who you are cheerin for in each game. If you are really into it you could include a little one liner on why. GO CREW!

 

houston vs pittsburgh= pirates

philly vs mets = mets

wash vs atl = washington

cubs cards= cubs

sd vs col=colorado

LA vs arizona = LA

Cin SF = SF

 

anyone want to do a realistic projection on how these series will play out and do a projectd standings after ...

This may be the first time I've rooted for the Cubs since the Bartman game.

 

 

My buddy that works for Ted Turner was giving me two tix to game 1 of the Series that year if it were in Wrigley. Actually, all owners get tickets, and we were using Turner's.

 

The one and only time I ever rooted for the Cubs.

anybody else watching the LA-ARZ game? still tied in the 15th inning and the D-backs have left 21 men on base. Geez, alot of long extra inning games lately.

 

ah, Orlando Hudson hits a walk-off off the CF wall to give AZ the win in 15, 9-7. Oh, that was only because the dodgers walked the pitcher a batter or two before that. See, we're not the only team that does that kind of stuff.
