5/11/06 Non-Brewer game thread

Lidge was lifted in the 9th inning against the Dodgers in a save situation. After he gave up 3 walks and a hit, Wheeler came in to get the final out.

Wow, Lidge has gone all Ankiel on us after last postseason.

Lidge has absolutely fallen apart. I used to switch to the Astros game when he came in. Now it's painful to listen to.

Griffey hit a three-run walkoff to beat the Nationals in extra innings.

Ack, I forgot to activate him today for fantasy and was sorta hoping he'd have an ofer.

I'm a huge Griffey fan, and even though he put the Brewers another game back, it was great to see him hit that homer.

Here's too hoping that Griffey doesn't hit a homer against the Brewers for the next 3 days!
