I dont want to get sampled-sized, but it seems pretty clear that dominating AAA means ZERO when you come the big leagues. Eveland and Hendrickson are basically younger versions of Gary Glover and Wes Obermueller. They pretty much just stink. We had high hopes for them in the minors because they dominated, but they clearly dont have the stuff to get big league hitters out.

Well, Dana, if you want us to completely forget about the 1st inning forever, your first career Grand Slam would be welcome. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

I almost wish Dana had gotten knocked around a little bit in the 2nd, bad enough that Yost would have wanted to PH hit out of the game right there.

Time to start knocking around Hamels a little bit in the 3rd. Or just take the walks if he can't find the strike zone again. Whatever works.

Well that worked out just the way they wanted it to.

We are very, very fortunate to only be down 3-0 right now, really.

I think Hamels might take umbrage with that statement.

great turn by rickie, its amazing how good he can look one play and how bad he can look the next.

Don't swing Rickie! We should not swing against this guy.

Edit: Well, unless it's right down the middle with 2 strikes on you...

Hamels can't find the zone right now...we need to take advantage.

Crap...flied out on a 3-1...every pitch up to then was a ball.

If you are going to hammer Yost for last night you have to credit him with a good decision to walk David Bell..

I'll give Yost his due when he makes a good call, but I'm not going to shower him with kudos for making an obvious call.
