I missed yesterday's games because it was way too early in the morning, but I sure as heck won't miss today's game even it means staying up all night.

GO MARLINS!!

where are you right now tigerbrew? Im staying up for this game also. I'll have the packers on AFN Sports but there should be baseball highlights too because the game will be on FOX. Anyways, brewer game starts at 3 AM and packers start at 2 AM. Thats in Japan time. I cant wait for today. O

I wonder what the reasoning is for Hanley not starting today? It's their last game of the year for crying out loud!
Yeah, what the hell is that all about? I've never heard of getting a day off the last game of the year.

hate to be the bearer of bad news, but splits for the following

Oliver Perez in 2008 vs FLA 3-0 2.03 ERA 16BB 32K .176 opponent BA

Scott Olsen in 2008 vs NYM 0-3 6.96 ERA 6BB 14K 6HR's .315 oppnent BA

Hanley has been playing with a strained shoulder, probably just acting up on him some.

Olsen has a career 4.89 ERA aganst the Mets so he must have been decent against them before 2008.

I'm in Singapore, they follow China time. The Brewers game starts at 2am.

It looks like the home plate ump will be a complete homer today. Strike three to the first batter was low and outside. Nothing like the ump being influenced by the fans.

Saw on gameday that there was an injury delay. Anyone know who got hurt?
It was Oliver Perez. He took a ball off the hand, but he's fine. Too bad, since he's pitching like a Cy Young candidate.
