BS keeps giving me reasons to tune him out. "Four games is nothing." Now I sort of see what he means, but four games back is not nothing. It is four games back.

Kendall smash!

And right when I was looking up the numbers on just how bad Kendall's been in comparison to other catchers across the league. Maybe I should do that more often. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

Edit: Kendall's first home run in almost a full calendar year -- his last was September 5 in Milwaukee against the Reds. It's the third HR of his Brewer career, putting him one behind Yovani Gallardo.

Awww man I missed it. Just when I switched the channel....

EDIT: Ok, I must be bad luck tonight, so now I'm going to turn it back off. Sorry guys...

Hey, if the Brewers can average 1.66 HR's against per game for the rest of the year, they'll break the NL record held by the Rockies. Now that's something to be proud of.

Tejada and Wandy may have been my 2 best late round fantasy draft picks ever. Small consolation. I guess Minutemaid Park really started looking small to the Astros hitters after Kendall went deep.

JJ Hardy... I don't think this guy could be disappointing me any more this year. So FRUSTRATING!!

Macha playing with fire leaving Villy out there for another inning.

Not many AB's but this is DiFelice's line against righties and lefties.

Right / Left AB R H 2B 3B HR RBI BB HBP SO SB CS AVG OBP SLG OPS
vs. Left 44 0 12 4 0 3 8 4 0 12 0 0 .273 .327 .568 .895
vs. Right 110 0 21 5 0 2 15 7 1 27 0 0 .191 .246 .291 .537

I don't know why everybody thinks DiFelice is so bad against lefties.
Probably because he is.

I don't think by any means he dominates lefties, but its not like he can't get them out. Do really think we are best off using him as a ROOGY?

Over his career he has seemed to handle them pretty well in the minors.

I'm having a rotten week, but I don't think I'm being overly critical in saying that simply watching this game is enough to convince any rational person that neither of these teams really belongs in the playoffs. But then this is the National League and somebody from the Central will get in.
