Viggo - Our Cat

Thanks guys. We brought him home around 3:30, but by 5:00, we realized he was not resting comfortably and he was certainly not going to make it through the night without suffering. his eyes and skin were turning yellow, and breathing was becoming more difficult. while we were glad he got to go home one last time, it sucks that we had to bring him back and put him down so quick. That was the hardest thing I have ever had to do.

At not even 2 years old, Viggo's life was way too short, but he had a great life and we will never forget how much he has meant to our family. Viggo means battle, warlike; and he fought and battled hard for 6 days. R.I.P. buddy. We love you and you will be missed forever. Say hi to Benny and Shredder for us.

So sad for you. . .

I hope you get over this grief quickly. There are a lot of other pets who would be lucky to have such dedicated owners.

I'm so sorry. It's always tough to lose an animal, but you did the right thing by ending his suffering. It's a tough choice.

Sorry, Menotti. It's always hard to lose a friend like that. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif
