Grienke's pitched great and the offense has maybe gotten a bit unlucky. Two rockets with a guy at 2nd were hit right at people. Morgan also hit that balll pretty hard with the bases loaded; if he doesn't get so much air under it that might be a bases clearly triple

 

When Fielder is looking this lost at the plate it certainly doesn't help the offense either

Just no other left handers who can take that outside pitch to left where the ball is just soaring (look at Greinke's last AB) and they haven't really been coming in on RHers

Hopefully the Brewers can score in the 8th, but if not I think David Hernandez is due for a bad outing. Since he took over the closer role he has been lights out, but he's not really that great of a pitcher. So that's my prediction for the night. And great game Grienke. ERA now under 5.

That being said, I really think that if he's going to bring the value to the team we thought he would, he needs to start winning some of these pitcher's duels.
