5-6, 3.57 ERA, 1.06 WHIP

Versus Brewers | Game Log

Bailey faced one over the minimum Tuesday, delivering his second no-hitter in the last 10 months. On Sunday, he'll look to become just the second pitcher to throw back-to-back no-nos, with former Red Johnny Vander Meer being the first.

4-6, 3.43 ERA, 1.16 WHIP

Versus Reds | Game Log

Lohse's one-run, eight-inning gem in Washington on Wednesday was his sixth straight quality start, if you're kind enough to wipe away his rain-shortened outing in Pittsburgh three days earlier. He has not lost since May 30.

A couple notes on this IGT --

1) Yes, I know the picture-to-template formatting sucks. I don't feel like finding & custom-cropping photos for this one (plus I really like these shots from MLB.com's Gameday preview).

2) It looks like the Gameday link won't be active until later on (likely tomorrow).

Go Brewers!

At the beginning of the season I was looking at this series as a key battle of divisional contenders. D'oh!!!! (Glad I don't bet on baseball, I'd be broke)

Doug Melvin scares me when he says "we feel like this could be a great team if we can have everyone healthy"

Hopefully that is just posturing for trade talks. Pitching, Doug, Pitching!

Two total votes on the twitter poll tonight yet Delabar somehow got 5% of the vote, Robertson got 17%, Uehara got 23%, Scheppers got 9% and Benoit got 46%.

This is why I really hate prospects who listen to the 3rd base coach. I suppose we have regulars who make baserunning mistakes, but at least they are committed to disobey the stupid 3rd base coach.

Are you watching the game? Sedar stopped him.

You can't throw up a stop sign when the runner is halfway home already. Sedar'd.

For those that are wondering, they showed the replay and Sedar stopped Logan about 50 feet down the line tagging to home. THe ball got cutoff and LS was just standing there.
