72 pitches in 7 innings for the opposing pitcher. The offense is complete garbage but to be fair, it is better than the Packers offense.

"Trying to overthrow that slider."

Yeah, Bill, that 98 mph slider.

And the Brewers and Packers lose on plays within a minute of each other.

I just turned the Brewer game on, I see the offense is really showing up once again. More of the same, I take it?

I'll just say this. Worley pitched 8 innings and 63 of his 82 pitches were strikes.

I am seriously so done with Gomez. You just cannot make that kind of mistake there. Unbelievable.. well, not really, it IS the Brewers we're talking about. There is no such thing as fundamentals with this team.

Can someone watching explain how Gom-ey got thrown out?

Tried getting greedy when Watson's throw was bobbled at 1st, Gomez broke for 3rd but got in a rundown instead and was tagged out. Instead of 2 on, nobody out, there was then 1 on with one out. Just a typical Gomez play.

On a ball that never got more than 90 feet from the plate, Gomez thought it would be smart to run halfway to third when starting from first.

It would be nice to know if RRR actually says something to the player when this occurs. I don't want to jump to a conclusion, but this type of "baserunning" seems to happen frequently. The risk just isn't worth the reward.

High chopper fielded by the pitcher. He throws to 1st, ball is in the dirt and the 1st baseman couldn't dig it out. For some reason Gomez is 25 feet off a 2nd base on the turn. They throw to 2nd and get him in a run down.
