That’s the only thing Chicago’s good for: to tell people where Wisconsin is.

Lind Bomb! Wow. How far did that go?

431 feet according to Brian Anderson and FSN.

Why on earth pitch it there to Mauer on 0-2? Five run lead gone in a blink. Don't let the door hit you on the way out, Lohse. Worthless.

Gotta love Gomez securing the final out in the bottom of the 6th and having no clue how many outs there were. Just keep playing with all that energy and emotion while your brain's turned off there, Carlos.

Meanwhile, a pitcher we were rocking with home runs in three straight innings now has a career high in strikeouts against us. Oh, the suck.

Just tuning in to see Tori (Torii?) Hunter getting fooled on a line drive. Those are THE hardest balls to play in the OF are the line drives off a wood bat.. sometimes you just never knew how far the ball will carry.

Push the keyboard away for a second. Every outfielder does that from time to time. I don't think Gomez does it at a crazy rate or anything. Though he usually throws it and in most other cases it is a pump fake then they realize there are 3 outs.

Actually you know what every player on the diamond forgets the number of outs a lot! They forget a lot of things. The whole opposing team and umpiring crew forgot how many balls Votto had when he took first(walked on three). Pitchers or first baseman starting to run off the field with only two outs is all too common. A lot of outfielders start to run off after a catch sometimes too on out #2.

When you play thousands of innings you might make a mental error here and there with the number of outs.

Did anyone else think that Lucroy popup should have been a foul ball? I slowed it down and don't think Suzuki touched it.

The other team also forgets to catch a pop-up on the infield, allowing the 2nd run of the inning to score in the process.

Good heavens that 2 seamer from Jeffress is ridiculous. Has he been throwing this way all year?

He has looked great every time I've watched him.

His fastball has always been electric. His problem is command issues and who knows if he can ever figure it out to reach his max potential. He is a solid reliever right now, but could be something really nice with some better control/command.
